You must master the art of believing in yourself. Nothing will propel you more forward in life than unwavering belief in yourself and your capabilities. This means rejecting any thoughts of self-doubt, of glorifying the input of others over your own, of seeing yourself as beneath others, or putting the considerations of others over your own.

You want to develop the type of confidence that is rooted so deeply within you that nothing can shake it. Having that type of confidence will keep you focused on the goal or mission and will keep you going when things get tough. It won't allow the opinions of others to skew the path you've decided for yourself.

Listen to me: You get good at things by being bad at them. You learn by failing. You gain competency and a sense of mastery by failing at something many times and in many interesting ways.

The sooner you are able to laugh at your own failures, to enjoy the process of messing up, the easier life will be. Because you'll no longer be afraid of learning.

And once you're no longer afraid of failing, you can learn anything.

My body needs it—the hot baths, the care, the soft water, the perfume, the warmth. I take on the colors of the flowers, the bloom, the delicacy. It becomes me.

avoiding nose blindness (odours) in your home 🫧

- clean your home weekly.

- apply a no outdoor shoe rule to your home.

- always tidy after yourself before bed. dishes are washed and put away. quick vaccum/sweep of the floors. counters are wiped down. throw blankets are shaken out and folded. kitchen sink is scrubbed down. pour baking soda & vinegar once in a while down the drains.

- throw out garbage & disinfect bins every day!

- take care of your appliances! stoves and fridges, especially, accumulate a lot of debris and dust. every so often (for me personally, every other week) pull them out of place to dust and mop behind. microwaves and inside oven are also very important to keep clean. i also clean inside my fridge every week before groceries, and leave baking soda fridge deodorizer inside to eliminates odours. i also like to deep clean the filter and run a cleaning cycle in my dish washer with vinegar every other week!

- clean/wipe down cabinets, counters, any flat surface, weekly. especially in the kitchen where cooking is always done. don’t forget forgotten places like baseboards, behind your toilets, walls, etc. more hard to reach places can be done every other week or so.

- bedsheets, couch throw blankets, pillow covers, small rugs, etc; any fabrics that you’re constantly in touch with should be washed once a week. as for more higher maintenance items such as big rugs & curtains can be done once or twice a month.

- baking soda or vinegar thrown into your laundry cycles help remove any lingering odours on fabrics. and in topic of laundry, make sure you’re keeping your machines clean and drained (if possible) and always leave your washing machine door open after use to avoid mold & mildew odours.

- make your own upholstery/room sprays with your favourite essential oil smells + water. i also like making small sachets with herbs like lavender to hide inside couch cushions, closets, clothes drawers, etc;

- open your windows every day to let in fresh air.

- invest in a good air purifier!

Life is simple. I live fiercely by my own rules. I don’t let anyone encroach on my independence. I take risks. I live life on my terms. I enjoy the birdsong. I read my books. I look at the world with curiosity. I treat myself well. And I think hard about the people who fill me up with joy, who excite me, who care deeply. Those people are for me.

I want to encourage you to go after everything that is yours. To reclaim everything that was stolen. To release what is not progressing you forward. To become her and create the body, life, love, and enterprise of your dreams. To go after your real desires and get your creativity out into the world. To surrender to crying, shaking, screaming, purgatory, heart-opening, cervical orgasms. To die emptied. -India Ame’ye, Author

these are the habits you have to give up before the year is out:

worrying about people and things you can’t control

negative conversations with others

obsessing about what others think

lying for others

expect others to do what you want them to do and get angry if they don't do it

creating expectations on others

gossiping

making excuses for not taking care of your responsibilities

lying to yourself

putting your needs lasts

giving priority to other people's opinions rather than your own

letting the negative opinions of others affect you

limiting yourself

comparing themselves to others and putting them on a pedestal

giving prominence to people who do not deserve it

set boundaries with others but not with yourself

spending too much time on social media

habits you need to implement:

create a daily routine that you feel comfortable with and suits you

calming your mind a few times a day

positive affirmations and healthy thoughts

complimenting others and congratulating their success

letting go of things you can’t control

ending toxic relationships

more time outside

making yourself and your health a priority

self compassion and self forgiveness

taking responsibilities

more self care

beginning with a motivation each day

do what you need for yourself

starting something new (activity, hobby, habit)

not to depend on others and to learn to do things you want to do on your own

focus on the good things and not on the things you don't like

exercise and eat healthy for the sake of your body and not to fit into a beauty canon

getting out of your comfort zone

focus on building healthy relationships rather than being guided by false expectations of how relationships should be

be true to yourself and your values

not to sell or denigrate you for money or lavish gifts

Father Ares is the feeling of holding on even when it feels so hard.

He’s the sound of your heart beating, and lets you know you’re still alive.

He’s the courage to keep going, no matter what happens.

He’s the feeling of doing what you needed to.

He’s the feeling of not being afraid anymore.

He is Strength and Courage.

Praise to Father Ares. Ily dad ^^^^
