This show was on my radar because of Woo Do-hwan. I am a huge fan. I don't particularly like period dramas or the law genre but I loved this show.

I knew the show would revolve around legal disputes during that time period but I was not prepared for the direction that the show took. It starts off with a kooky lawyer taking on and winning cases using his unorthodox methods and seems like the whole show would be a comedy but nope...have tissues ready. Apart from the cases Han-soo takes on there's also a *spoiler alert* revenge plot happening too. And it was done SO well. And of course they had to throw in the childhood connection. I loved the romance in this show, Han-soo and Yeon-joo were so adorable together 🥰🥰.

I don't normally like love triangles but this one didn't annoy me as I thought it would. I also liked the bromances 😂

If you liked Woo Do-hwan as Jo Eun-sup in The King Eternal Monarch you'll love his character here.

This show is so so good, just go watch it.

90. The good bad mother

This show wasn't actually on my radar until everyone and their cat was talking about it so I quickly started watching it so that I could complete the show without spoilers.

I loved this show so much...when it started I was a bit bored and thought did we really need all this back story, but yes we did. You really grow attached to the characters and go through every emotion with them.

I loved everything in this show, but my favourites are Ye-jin and Seo-jin, I needed more screen time with them! I would watch an entire show focused on them. I also liked the route taken with Mr.So and Mr.Cha's characters.

I always hear alot of praise for Lee Do-hyun's acting and now I get it, he is incredible!!👏👏👏👏 And kudos to Ra Mi-ran as well.

I want to keep this spoiler free so just make sure to have tissues. You won't regret watching this.

81. Bubblegum

I had never heard of this show before but saw a little clip and Lee Dong-wook was in it so...sold!

Loved the sort of siblings/best friends to lovers trope. Particularly enjoyed the childhood flashbacks.

There are other side relationships but none of them had me invested. Okay, I did root for Se-young and Woo-yeon.

The character I was rooting for the most was Hong Yi-seul. I felt really bad for her.

I wasn't interested in the Alzheimer's storyline and that was a huge part of it. Ri-hwan's mother was so unlikable from the beginning that I found it difficult to sympathize with her situation.

I'm on the fence about recommending this one...it did have cute/funny moments and a great lead couple but is that enough...? I wanted more from this show.

82. My roommate is a gumiho

I love fantasy so here I am. When I started this show the FL was super irritating, so much so that I wanted to quit. She was so over the top in her expressions, I didn't know if it was due to the actress or the character. But thankfully she mellowed out as the show goes on.

The first episode had so much happening so quickly, it was alot to take in but thereafter it got easier to follow.

After the FL toned down her craziness she actually became likeable, as did the ML, initially he was quite stiff which I now know was to show the change in his behaviour.

I loved the second lead couple, especially Jae-jin. He was so sweet 🥺 #boyfriendgoals

I didn't like that they kept trying to force a love triangle, I hate those.

I am recommending this show, just don't judge it by the first episode, it gets better.
