Listen I know Kit absolutely BODIED Nick Nelson but Joe Locke also absolutely killed it.

Like his nervous giggles? His chemistry with the entire friendship group? Every interaction with Tori? And he’s already portraying Charlie’s mental illness so well and subtly. That boy is killin it.

Something I really like about telle is that they actually make the whole “I don’t wanna ruin our friendship” thing a genuine aspect for Elle to be concerned about. Coz that’s the normal conflict we see in best friends to lovers but there’s usually nothing establishing it. It’s a reasonable concern to have, of course, but we see exactly why Elle has that concern

Tao complains to Elle that their friend group is being ruined by romance and makes her promise that she’ll always put their friendship first. She has genuine cause to believe that confessing her feelings would ruin things. In her head, even if he feels the same and they start dating, they could mess up the friend group. And if that happened, Tao would probably break up with her to save the friend group and she’d have to push her feelings aside all over again

Elle loves Tao, but they both absolutely love the group’s dynamic too. And she probably believes that telling him she’s in love with him wouldn’t just mess with their individual friendship, it would mess with all of the friendships in the group. That one interaction at Tao’s house added so much more dimension to their conflict and romance than most best friends to lovers relationships have and I love it so much

i already loved nick but i have to say kit played him so superbly that it made me love him on a whole new level i didn't even know was possible

Hearstopper made it very clear that Converse are for the gays and Vans are for bisexuals and there is nothing you could say that would change my mind about it.

Charlie really said lets collect them all, and Nick just couldn't live a day without wearing his trustee vans.
