It is so important to acknowledge the joy of Palestine and its people, along with their suffering. It feels so rare to see videos or pictures of Palestinians happy, which is understandable, but it is critical to remind people that they are alive, same as you and me. That they feel joy, and sorrow, and love. To take away those things is to take away their humanity, which is exactly what 🇮🇱 is trying to do. We cannot let them take away the humanity of the Palestinians, lest we lose our own. Free Palestine 🇵🇸, and may Allah bring them peace and safety. ❤️

Israel blows up Gaza's "Palace of Justice" compound which housed the Palestinian Supreme Court, the Court of Appeal, the Court of First Instance & the Magistrate. 100,000s of vital case documents are gone. Deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure is a War Crime!

Israel's soldiers took victory images inside the Palestinian Supreme Court before blowing it up into pieces. This proves the facility constituted ZERO danger to the Israeli military & no militants were hiding inside it at the time it was destroyed. Again, a war crime!

Regardless of the varying socio economic statutes of those at Burning Man, each person chose to pay to participate in an event that generates about 100,000 tons of carbon dioxide. That’s more than what approximately 22,000 gas-powered cars produce in a year.

They prioritize costly personal pleasure over the environment and locals.

Burning Man is a blatant display of hypocrisy as people claim to care about the environment, "leave no trace," proclaim their supposed deepness/artsiness, and connect with counterculture while doing the opposite.

At the end of the day, these adults could have done the basic task of checking the weather. Either they didn't or they ignored the reports. The warning signs were there. They ignored it.

I haven’t actually watched the Barbie movie yet, but I’m going to add my two cents anyway, because that’s what the internet is for! I think the reason so many men think the movie is “anti-men” and misandrist is because any movie that lifts women up and frames being a woman as the wonderful thing it can be is because men (not all, but a lot I’ve seen), don’t know how to lift someone up without putting someone else down. It literally does not occur to them, because their whole lives, society and the patriarchy has only ever taught them that the only way to lift yourself up is to put someone else down. And I think that it’s so sad that they never learned how to encourage women to be their truest and most authentic selves.

been thinkin about how my ethics professor back in undergrad was like.

look. there’s no such thing as perfect altruism. you’ll always get something out of helping or being kind to others, whether it’s a stronger relationship or returned kindness or just the feeling of having done good. there’s nothing inherently bad about getting something from doing good either, especially since it’s completely unavoidable. people being rewarded for putting love into the world doesn’t make the world a worse place. so just do as much good as you can and don’t worry about being “selfless” while doing it, because being truly selfless is in fact impossible.

and like man did that take the pressure off of Being A Good Person!! you’re allowed to enjoy helping people! you’re allowed to be kind without worrying that you’re maybe secretly just doing it for yourself!! it’s okay if you are doing it for yourself because you’re still being kind to others!!!!!

The ads that you see on TikTok, and YouTube, and Wattpad, even Tumblr for those games? Just ONCE, can they actually show REAL GAMEPLAY?! I downloaded Family Farm. Is it fun? Hell yeah! Is that the game I thought I would be playing when I downloaded it from an ad on tumblr? Hell no! What fills me with absolute rage, though? Is when, even though that gameplay only seems to either exist in ads or very, very mini games (cough cough HomeScapes) and they still manage to MESS IT UP?! I would be much more inclined to actually download it! And that concludes tonight’s rant thank you for listening

So I just finished re watching the entire The 100 series to get ready for season seven. Am I the only one out there that doesn’t like Madi? She just kind of... annoys me. Clarke’s world revolves around Madi. It’s always, What’s best for Madi? Like nah bitch, you got bigger fucking problems than some kid who’s slowly going mad with power.
