Hiiiii! 👋 I have a question about your OC because the art is so gorgeous! Is the art on their arm inspired by henna? And what was your original inspiration for their creation? Once again! Love it all! (feel free to ignore if you want to ♥)

Hello!! Thank you so much, first of all! I'm thankful for your words♥️ as well as your question, it's more than welcome! But now, to answer the question- yes, the arm and face tattoos are henna!

-My original inspiration for henna tattoos mainly comes from my own love for henna, as well as the 'hidden' meanings you can incorporate into them. But also from the Dothraki(a nation from Game of Thrones). In the show(and books I believe) the paint and tattoos themselves doesn't hold too much meaning as much as their hair, but seeing it I added my own meaning to the Sen-Ryoko henna tattoos. I also took some inspiration from Naruto clans like the Inuzuka.

Henna tattoos in the Sen-Ryokō were mainly worn by the people who had a dragon as their summon, in such fashion as my OC Kaliyah wears. Hair and tattoos are important to the clan. Although I definitely take my liberty when drawing her tattoos they are meant to be more simplistic; other people of the clan would wear the tattoos in a style of serpents, dragons or dragon scales, although they could choose not to. It was their way of showing respect and pride of their clan. And it would be easy for them to tell apart a dragon-rider and another Sen-Ryoko clan member. Healers of the clan drew a different style to show that their profession. Since the Sen-Ryoko were often travellers, rangers and loners, if they ever met on the field they would recognize each other immediately.

Tobirama Headcanon

Tobirama isn't the type to be at home everyday, he would be in his office, working on a random jutsu or just taking care of some problems concerning the leaf village. So guessing by the amount of work he gets done, he's a tired man. So whenever he has the time to come home to you, he would make sure to spend such limited time with you and enjoy the moment as much as he could.

So the minute Tobirama is home and he closes the door, you're already embracing him in your arms. Pulling him for a warm hug as you reach to take off that stupid blue armor he had on for God knows what. He then takes the moment to feel your warmth; something he hasn't felt in a while and in what felt like years.

Tobirama isn't the type to vaguely and easily express his emotions, so in time like this; you are the first one to take the first step.

You plant a soft kiss on his cheek and smile. Not satisfied with your action, Tobirama decided to step out of his comfort zone and kiss you on the lips. The kiss went on for what could be described as a whole hour, he was expressing his longing for you. He was trying to show you how much he missed you without putting it into words. And you knew better than to not take this as a sign for you to show him how much you have missed him as well. So being brave the person you are, you deepen the kiss; making sure to pull him close enough to close the gap between the two of you.

After showing how much you missed each other, you pulled away from the kiss and look at him; breathless.

"Welcome home Tobirama," you said so innocently, as if you both didn't just pulled that stunt. You took some time to analyze him, trying to see if there was scratches or any visible injuries on his body. But there was none, the only thing you could notice was his noticeable eye-bags and the tense in his muscles.

"Why don't you go upstairs and wait for me while I fix you a bath hmm?" You asks him.

"That would be lovely," he said as he lets out a huge sigh.

After you fixed him his bath, you watch as he enters the bath and let's out another long sigh when he feels the warmth of the water. Your gaze softens when you see how he closes his eyes as a sign to show that he's temporarily letting go of his unsolved problems.

Still noticing the tense in his shoulders, you gently place your hands on his shoulder; softly kneading his skin. He let's out another sigh as he tries getting more comfortable in the bathtub.

"You don't have to overwork yourself this much -Tobi, you know I'm always here to help right?" You asks but he just nods, getting lost in the feeling of you relaxing his muscles.

"I know, but you've done enough for me already...." He said and you stopped

"I will never do enough for you......I want to do more and I barely have the time to do so with you always being away!" You said then went back to knead his tense muscles.

"Fine, then why don't you join me?" He asks, this time opening his eyes to look at you.

"This bath is for you, not for me."

"And I want it to be for both of us, so join me?" He said as he returns to closing his eyes; maybe to give you privacy as you undress yourself.

"Can you promise me that you will not go to work tomorrow and just stay home to rest? You really need it." You said as you enter the bath and settle yourself in between his legs. Tobirama responded with a tired "hmm."

With the way his chest keeps rising and falling, and the way his breath his the back of your neck was enough to make you slowly fall asleep.

Tobirama didn't notice you feel asleep until the water was starting to get cold and he needed to get out the water to avoid getting sick. He softly calls your name but no answer. So he decided to get out of the water, wrap himself in a towel and then pick you up and wrap a towel around you.

After, he brings your sleepless body to the bedroom and dries you off; he dresses you up with one of his large shirts and then do the same for himself. He then lays on the bed, pulling you into his embrace. His back against the mattress with an arm against your shoulder, while your head is against his chest. He takes his free hand in yours and intertwine your fingers together.

He leans in and place a soft kiss on your forehead. Before he falls asleep, he takes a good look at you once more; wondering how lucky he is to have you in his life. After him basically admiring you, he fell asleep.

You on the other hand just woke up because you wanted to move around and then you find yourself in bed; wondering how you got there. The thought of Tobirama carrying you to bed sadden you a little, you didn't want him to work too much and you just ended up giving him more chores to do.

Even though Tobirama was sleepy, he still felt the shift and movements of your body. So he softly squeezes your arm, pulling you closer and that's what you did; you got closer to him and place a soft kiss on his lips.

That's not how you planned for the day to go, so tomorrow; you'll make sure to do everything and not just let him take care of everything. You felt the need to..

You knew that Tobirama was yours, no matter the distance between the both of you. And he himself knew that you were his, whether he was out of the village or not. He knew that you will always be at home or in his office waiting to pull him in for a hug or kiss every time.

That's why he married you in the first place...because no matter what; you were always going to be his and by his side.
