Overhaul is such a funny character to me, because while he's ultimately an intimidating and complex villain, he's still afraid of germs.

As someone who cannot stand germs and is constantly hyper-aware of them, imagining Overhaul doing the same things I have is fucking hysterical. Has Overhaul ever opened a door with his knee? Has Overhaul ever sprayed disinfectant spray in someone's face after they coughed? Has he wiped down every surface of his home with disinfectant after his guest left? How the hell did he even get near Eri when children are known germ factories?

How does he even function as a villain?

Now that BNHA has technically ended, I can share my long time theory in regards to these two:

Ms. Joke was a red-herring to throw readers and studio executives off from Aizawa having always been intended to be uninterested in dating and/or pursuing romantic interests, for reasons left up to interpretation (gay/asexual/etc).

This is not to put a damper on anyone who ships Ms. Joke and Aizawa, you still can. This is merely a theory that, judging from the manga's ending, might have some weight to it.

You could argue that it still doesn't hold much water since we don't actually get a glimpse into Aizawa's private life in the epilogue, so he could very well have still pursued Ms Joke at some point in the time skip. That could always be a possibility left up to interpretation, same as my own theory. We just won't really know, and that's okay. I think it was always intended to be left up to the readers, and that's okay. Their ship can exist in fanon culture, same with any other Aizawa ship, as well as the headcanon of aroace aizawa, and transzawa. We technically all won in the end by it never getting disproven, even if it also was never officially proven.
