I think she's more then a random sinner. I'm probably not the first one to point this out, but these red marks on the edges of her mouth are identical to charlies and lucifers. Just like the X on Vaggies eye, i think those marks are not just there for aestetic reasons, but might mean something more.

In ep 8 Lucifer alluded that he was having sex with Adams second wife, Eve, so there is the possibility of Charlie having a half-sibling. I think that half-sibling might be Nifty.

In the pilot episode Nifty was summoned by Alastor, so she might be under contract with him. Buuuuut i think it would be more interesting, if it was the other way around. A lot of people are already suspecting that Alastors contract might be with Eve, not Lilith. Which might explain why Alastor has such a 'close' relationship with Nifty. She or her mom have a contract with him.

I'm probably reaching, but this would give their conversation in ep 8 a double meaning. Nifty says she likes everyone in the hotel and that she makes cockroach puppetshows for them. She also dubbs Alastor king roach. He is, in her eyes, the king of the roaches, which she has on her strings. Forshadowing? Maybe. I mean it was already teased in the pilot, that Nifty might be an overlord.

Personally i think it would be pretty nice to have her revealed to be pulling the strings.
