Addai loves to speak his mind freely and a bit of a smart Alec. Addai’s little fish is named Dominik (it/they) who’s based off of a Dominic damsel fish!

Here are my two favorite characters in Hitokui, Chef Edogein and Kozu~I’ve always wondered if Edogein ever regretted killing Kozu ,because of their romantic relationship cough cough. Ahhh, that’s just a headcanon though.

To add onto this here is the concept art (the left) and the finalized designs (the right). The immediate preference over lighter skin is really evident for this one and also unfortunately very common

I also see a really common counter to this that light skinned filipinos existing but that isn't the point! Brown and dark skinned filipinos get zero to no representation in the west and even in filipino media they're absent or barely show.
