I drive 1 hour for work five days a week one way.

So 2 hours each day. I'd prefer not to! But this was the only way to keep my cost of living low.

Anyway, the amount of traffic and general stupidity while operating several ton machines that can go incredibly fast reduce or increase the time dramatically, as well as road conditions and weather.

On average, once we go above 5 straight hours in a car, I go a little feral.

There's a stereotype that USAmericans tolerate very long car rides.

In wisdom of matriarch and of mother.

Sacred Bodies is a 55-page story about the marriage and relationship between Dualayim and Tolpan.

The peoples residing on the peaks of Spire unto Sky, those who live under the Light, have overcome great struggle to live in prosperity and in peace. Their hard fought-for sanctity and dignity is maintained through the Sacred Body and the tenants of its preservation.

Sacred Bodies explores the topics of desire and deviancy, and the cultural lines drawn between that which delineates one and the other.

Now available as part of the ShortBox Comics Fair 2024!

shocked i haven't seen more postings about Hurricane Helene—there has been apocalyptic level flooding happening throughout huge areas of the southeastern USA. Roads providing the only access to remote areas have been totally obliterated.

My moms facebook groups from the western NC area where her family is from are overrun with posts of people pleading for information about their loved ones
