Ive Just Found Out About Thisself Care Guideand Its So Good?

I’ve just found out about this self care guide and it’s so good?  

It’s similar to that troubleshooting post that’s really popular (the one which goes are you thirsty/hungry/tired etc and gives steps to deal with each) except you can’t move onto the next question until you’ve answered the current one, which for me is helpful in terms of  actually facing the issue and not going ‘oh yah i’ll go through all that later’ and not ever doing it.

This is what it should mean to be a police officer. Everyone deserves to feel safe and protected, no matter their skin tone or cultural background.  If the officers currently serving aren’t like this, then something needs to be done now to make that change.
