So fr

when i want fluff/angst fics and all iâm getting is smut

the struggle is real
A little update on this wattpad fanfic I was talking about recently
The author of this fanfic decided to delete all my and other peoples comments that were about Will being gay and shipping him with a female reader was wrong. Even after telling the Author that what they were doing is disrespectful, they still decided to ignore us and the problem itself.
Could you guys check if the comments were actually deleted by the author or if they just straight up blocked me. But either way, they tried to silence me and ignore the problem.
Damned Fem Readers.
Mfs on wattpad are fr complaining abt me being upset that the reader is portrayed as a girl.
ITS A WILL BYERS X READER FANFIC đ
If yall don't want to write male reader x Will Byers then ATLEAST write gender neutral.
And if you write for characters whose sexuality is unknown, please do a gender neutral reader so that EVERYONE can read your fanfic.

So trueđđââ

I need more life is strange 2 ff its so hard to find them when most of them are discontinued đđ
đđ
Hey there, could I request Dylan x gender neutral/male reader hurt/comfort?
Something about the reader thinking that Dylan is in love with Ryan since he flirts with him and all that stuff. When the group plays truth or dare and Dylan kisses Ryan, the reader cant take it anymore and runs off (kinda like Abi). You can decide what happens after.
I'm sorry if thats too much!
A/N: HEYYYY! THANK YOU FOR THE REQUEST!!! First of all, I love this idea very much! Also, I super, super apologize for being so late. I've been on such a rut with these but this one I really really wanted to do! This is not my best work, but I'm but proud of myself for finishing it! I hope you like it too!
Word Count: 1995
Pairing: (Y/N) x Dylan Lenivy
Summary: (Y/N) couldn't take watching Ryan and Dylan kiss.
TW: None
The night was not supposed to go like this. It was supposed to be a fun last night with all of your friends, to make stupid memories that would last a lifetime. But instead, the night had taken a 180 leaving you stuck in the woods with your heart aching in your chest. You were cold and tired when you shouldâve been warm and happy by a giant fire pit.
Truth or Dare was always a stupid game to you. It never ended well for those involved, at least in the movies. But it was Dylanâs idea, and his dorky little grin when he suggested it made your silly little, puppy crush heart skip a beat. You didnât even realize you agreed to the idea until you heard yourself support it. That stupid, cocky grin possessed you into agreeing.
And when everyone else agreed, your heart slightly dropped to your stomach but you convinced yourself that it would all be okay. Itâs just a silly game meant to bond everyone. Unsurprisingly, you were correct. You hated being right.
God, it was so high school what happened. Which I guess made sense⊠But all of you were technically âadultsâ now. High school antics should be behind you all. Thatâs why the icky feeling of jealousy left a sick taste in your mouth. But you couldnât help it.Â
Dylan liked Ryan. You always knew he did. The way heâd casually flirt with him, the subtle ways to get closer, the excuses to make physical contact. You didnât blame him at all. Ryan was very attractive and his whole âlonerâ thing made it even worse. He was mysterious, charming, and interesting. You could never beat someone like that. You were just⊠well⊠you. Thatâs all you would ever be to Dylan. Just you.
The kiss back at the fire made that crystal clear. The moment that Emma said: âI dare you⊠to kiss either⊠Kaitlyn or Dylan.â made your stomach turn. It had felt like the world was ripped out from under you because you knew it. You knew Ryan was going to pick Dylan. Of course he would! Who wouldnât pick Dylan. Tears pricked at the corners of your eyes as you walked through the dark forest, rubbing your arms up and down anxiously.Â
Once again, you were right. He picked Dylan. Dylan smiled slightly, a blush disguised in the glow of the flames. Every movement Dylan made after made your breath hitch. He stood. He went over to Ryan. He gently lifted his chin to make him look up at him. He leaned down⊠And then there it was. The moment the entire night just shattered to pieces. The soft kiss Dylan planted on Ryanâs lips just left you in utter shock.
âFuck,â You sob out into your hand. You wanted to scream out into the forest, throw a fit, just something but all you could do in that moment is stand in the middle of nature, sobbing your eyes out. The woods were quiet, the only thing heard was the whisper of the wind weaving through the trees, ready to accompany your soft sobs.
â(Y/N)?!âÂ
Your eyes widened large, unknowingly pushing your hand harder against your mouth muffling your cries.Â
â(Y/N), where arre youuuu? You totally ditched me back there!â A laugh echoed. The voice was closer. You knew it was Dylan but you didnât want him to see you. Not now, not like this.
You stopped your breathing, wiping up all the trails on your cheeks that your tears left behind as quickly as you could. Finally, when you heard the sounds of footsteps squishing the soft ground of the forest close behind you, you let out a big breath, trying your hardest to compose yourself. You began to turn around to face the man that youâve had a crush on all summer. The knot in your gut told you werenât able to face him but you knew you had no other choice. Dylan was nothing if not persistent.Â
âJesus, man, there you are!â Dylan huffed in relief. âYou like shot off after all the excitement.â
He didnât notice. He couldn't see your puffy eyes, the shadows of the pines hiding your face. Thank god, you had thought to yourself.
âYea-â You began but your voice came out raw and scratchy.
âWoah, you okay?â Dylan asked, worried.
You cough a bit, clearing your throat. âYeah, Dylan. Iâm fine. Just needed to take a walk,â You lied.
Dylan stepped closer to you, âWeird time to take a walk, considering we were in the middle of a game.â
âSorry,â You mumbled. âI just couldnât⊠be there. I guess, I just realized that tonight is⊠all of our last night together. Just got me emotional, I guess.â
The silence was deafening, but when a soft touch grazed your shoulder, you wanted to cry again. âDamn, itâs really got you down? That bad?â He chuckled slightly.
You stared at him. Even in the dark you could make out some of his facial features. He had a sympathetic smile on his face. âUh⊠yeah. That badâŠâÂ
âI call bullshit,â He suddenly sighed playfully.
âW-what?âÂ
âCome on dude, 2 months together and you really donât think I can tell when youâre lying?â
âI-Iâm not lying, Dyl-â
âWhy are you really out here?â
âI just told you,â You stuttered, but you saw him shake his head slightly.
âWell⊠if youâre really not gonna tell meeeâŠâÂ
He gently grabbed your hand forcing butterflies to dance around in your stomach. âThen you have to come back to the party.â
âDylan no,â You pull away.
âYou canât leave me all alone there by myself,â
âYou arenât alone, Ryanâs there, isnât he?âÂ
It shouldnât have affected you the way that it did. Leaving you full of jealousy, bitterness⊠sadness. No one knew you liked Dylan besides yourself. How could anyone know? You made sure that NO ONE knew, especially Dylan. But all that time worrying if someone was going to find out, repressing all those fluttery feelings you got around him, this one incident, this one childish incident tore down your walls. Now here you were, dealing with the consequences of not letting yourself feel what you need to feel. Or let out what you needed to let out.
You could blame Ryan, you could hate Emma but you couldn't really be angry at them when you knew it was you to blame.
You cursed yourself under your breath when you saw Dylanâs goofy grin fall into a confused frown. Your eyes refused to meet his, even in the dark you could feel him staring. It made you wanna dig yourself a hole and just lie in it. You were good at lying after doing it all summer.
âWait⊠Is that what this is all about?â Dylan whispered in shock.
âNo. No, letâs just go back. Itâs fine.â
â(Y/N),â
âNo, itâs fine. Letâs just go back and relax with our friends, and drink until our brains explode. You know, teenage stuff-â
â(Y/N).â Dylan said sternly, holding your shoulders down in an attempt to ground you.
Tears begin to start spilling out your eyes again, and you choke out a faint cry. âIâm sorry, this all so stupid. We should be at the party, j-just relaxing on our last night and here I am causing p-problems.âÂ
âHey, hey, please tell me whatâs going on. No joking around, no nothing. Just talk to me. Iâm right here.â
Sobs break through your quivering lips. This time you couldnât hold it back. Every feeling ever felt this month was washing over you. Dylan quickly wrapped you in his arms holding you as you bawled into his shirt. Your arms stayed at your side, too scared to actually clutch onto him.Â
âIâm right here,â He repeated softly as he held onto you.Â
âI shouldnât be feeling like this,â You sobbed out. âRyan and you, itâs like- whatever. It should be whatever to me. But it isnât whatever. Itâs like⊠everâŠ?â
Dylan couldnât help but let out a small amused chuckle, â(Y/N)?â
âY-Yeah?â
âYouâre not making sense,â
âYeahâŠâ
His hand comfortingly stroked your back as you continued to cry until after what seemed like hours, iit was a soft, very low cry.
âYou⊠ready to talk now?â He whispered softly, still holding you with your hands pressed against your sides. Your face still in the crook of his neck. You nodded your head against him and he kindly pushed you to where he could look at your silhouette in the dark.Â
You breathed out a long breath, preparing yourself. âDylan,â You say, your voice still full of dejection. âI⊠I like you? Iâve liked you for a while now and seeing you and Ryan kiss, when I know how much you like him⊠just⊠hurt,â
Dylan nodded his head, âYeah⊠I could see how that wouldâve been⊠hard.â
You gulped down the lump in your throat, shutting your eyes. âI canât believe itâŠâ He whispered.Â
âI mean, the (Y/N) (L/N), is into me?â Dylan laughed in disbelief.
Shock ran through your whole body, you opened your eyes to look at him. Apart of you thought that maybe he was just teasing you.Â
âI mean, according to Kaitlyn, you were voted in the top three of the hottest counselors at camp -which by the way is incredibly accurate- and youâre into me? Like me me?âÂ
âI-â You tilt your head. Oh my god, he was being dead serious. â I- um.. Yeah?
âSorry! I know I should handle allllll this better but I canât like wrap my head around this.â
âDylan⊠Iâm a little confusedâŠâ
âCome on dude, I like you back,â
âWhat?â
âWho wouldnât like you, (Y/N)? Come on now,âÂ
âBut⊠But Ryan?â
âI.. yeah. I can see how that looks⊠I swear, I was just playing the game. But I like you. I have since the beginning of camp,â
You blinked at him, his smile gigantic and huge. There was no way he was faking it. What was happening?!Â
â I mean, I thought I never had a chance with you, you never really seemed⊠interested,â
You left out a soft laugh, âOf course I wasâŠâ
âI just assumed⊠You were too good for me, I guess? Adorable (Y/N) couldnât possibly like Dorky DylanâŠâ
âAdorable?â You chuckled.
âSuper adorable. The way you scrunch your nose when you're angry, or-or , the way you laugh, or talk with the kids⊠Itâs all so perfect. Youâre perfect. And thatâs why I thought I never had like⊠a chanceâŠâ
You gingerly took a hold of his face, and you could see him gulp nervously. âI didnât think I had a chance with brilliant, witty Dylan either. You were so fun and out there and I was just⊠meâŠâ
âWell, I know for sure that I uh⊠like youâŠâ He mumbled, his eyes drifting toward your lips. Your hands snaked their way around his neck, pulling him slightly downward to you.Â
âSo you said,â You whispered, leaning up to kiss him. When you two connected lips, it felt like nothing else was around you. You were ultimately living out the fantasy you were replaying all along in your mind this whole summer and boy it was exactly what you imagined. Your hands cupped behind his neck, pulling him deeper. The world was spinning around the two of you and nothing else mattered. The whole night before this moment turned into a distant fog. Everything was perfect.
Pulling apart, you felt the hot breath drift over your face.Â
âIâm sorry I ruined the partyâŠâ
You look at his grey shirt and see the tear stains you had left behind, frowning slightly, âAnd your shirt.â
Dylan laughed, putting his forehead to yours. You smiled, happily. â(Y/N)... I honestly donât think anything could ruin tonightâŠâ
You had sincerely thought so too. Until an unexpected, terrified scream rang through the trees.Â
