Around the Sims 4 | TV tray table, chair & armchair and other stuff…

New PC is finally home so I can finally launch the Sims 4 again, test my stuff and make previews! Yay!

You’ll find today:

- a grown-up version of the toddler TV tray table, that can be used by one Sim to eat a meal, as any regular dining chair - a Sims 4 armchair redone as dining chair, so it can be used with the TV table, the matching sofa redone as dining-booth (and with matching colors. I’ve always wondered why EA didn’t make the sofa and the armchair matching?!) - a grown-up version of the chalkboard table and school-like chair. I wanted to turn them into activity table, but still wanted something a bit different, so I made a collective activity table. It’s actually the chair that works as activity table; the table has a small footprint so it doesn’t prevent Sims from drawing (but it also means Sims can walk through it if there’s no chair to block their way) - the Eco-living activity table turned into regular desk and chair, with a dirty and clean options.

It will be released  on Around the Sims 4 the 23rd of October. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.

To Frolic Again - A Set for Toddler Girls -

I had a request for solid colors of “To Frolic,” so I went a step further, worked more on the mesh, and voila, a new mesh!  Please note there may be some minor clipping issues with the straps on the back of the jumper.

BGC Kids Bike!  I got suggested to make this mod and tried my hands on it, the animation is not perfect but it functions like a regular bike and can be used by children and adults. Now available on Patreon and free on Nov 4th.

Guys I cannot believe it is finally finished!! I did it! Lol

For those of you who dont know, I started working on this back in April, because this was one of the most requested item by my patreon, so I thought I  would give it a try. Little did I know this was going to be the most difficult thing I have ever done. I never expected such a simple thing would be sooooo hard to make.

Simply put, any interactions involving 2 sims and a large object is incredibly difficult, at the end I had to use a script for this object to function properly. Scripts are written with python and I dont know any python at all, but luckily the pancake1 was nice enough to let me use his script as a base since he was the only person  I’m aware of who has done a similar interaction (see his seesaw mod), so i wanna say a huge thank-you to him!! <3

this changing table can be used by teen-elder on toddler only. ( sorry not on babies, :( theres not much I can do as they are attached to the bassinet)

make sure you place a cushion and a baby wipes on the top after you place the frame. then you can place the decorations on the bottom.

Belted & Boot-iful Toddler Girls Set

The tights I used in the picture are part of my Sweater-Dress Tights Set.  The accessory undershirt is part of the Preschool & Chill Set, and the flat shoes in some of the pictures are my Canvas Flats. The boots work for boys as well.  The green and brown style of the dress, I think would work for medieval type settings!

Around the Sims 4 | Medication

Aw, if we could only need medication to decorate our bathrooms, wouldn’t it be nice? So, here’s a collection of medicine: paracetamol, cough syrup, aspirin, eczema lotions… These ones are purely decorative, but fnctional version will come soon!

It will be released on Around the Sims 4 the 21st of May. It’s been available in early access for Patreons since last friday.
