Around the Sims 4  | More activities for toddlers

You know I work with “obsessions”. All of sudden, I’m kind of obsessed by a theme and everything I create has to do with it. Well, it seems I’m in a “toddler” period (expect soon an eco-friendly period because I should be pretty inspired by Sims 4 new expansion pack). It’s silly but the simple fact to have gotten rid of the toy accessory the toddlers were holding in their hands while they play gave me more freedom to imagine new activities.

Around the Sims 4 | Playpens

Last (?) update for the toddlers, now with kinda-functional playpens. Sims can’t directly take the children out, but they can put the playpen into their inventory. Better than nothing! :)

Around the Sims 4 | Baby Steamer & Toddler food *sneak-peek*

First part of the Toddler Food thema, with…food! You’ll find a baby-steamer generating 8 new recipes for toddlers (you’ll need a high-chair, just like for food coming from a fridge), but you can also buy those meals directly from the Buy catalog and give food to your kiddies on ground.

It will be released  on Around the Sims 4 the 18th of September. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.

Around the Sims 4 | Bottle warmer & toddler drinks * sneak-peek *

Time now to give our toddlers some new drinks! You’ll find pouches, sippy cups (some matching with meal plates), and tiny bottles. All can be generated from the Bottle Warmer or bought directly from the Buy catalog, under Appliances/Misc, then your toddler can drink directly on floor. They can also be bought from the fridge, if you have the Custom Drinks Mod.

It will be released  on Around the Sims 4 the 25th of September. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.

Around the Sims 4 | Toys

When I’ve been asked to remake some of my old toys for Sims 4, I was quite excited because thanks to great modders like Ravasheen and PandaSama, I could actually have my kitchen toys or rocking horse/alligator functional again! I’ve also revamped a bit my cloth doll that I had meshed 11 years ago!! You’ll also find a racing car circuit, doll furniture and my old black board! 12 new toys for your kiddies! Isn’t it a bit like Christmas in July?

Around the Sims 4 | Medication

Aw, if we could only need medication to decorate our bathrooms, wouldn’t it be nice? So, here’s a collection of medicine: paracetamol, cough syrup, aspirin, eczema lotions… These ones are purely decorative, but fnctional version will come soon!

Aahah, you thought your Sims were lucky to not have dental problem? No cavities, no bad breath, not fearing a dentist appointment… Well, this was before the fabulous Dani’s mod! Yes, the fantastic Dani made a very complete mod allowing your Sims to have all kinds of teeth problems, but where my tiny objects come to help! Bad breath? Get breath mints! Cavities? Around the Sims 4 | TV tray table, chair & armchair and other stuff…

New PC is finally home so I can finally launch the Sims 4 again, test my stuff and make previews! Yay!

You’ll find today:

- a grown-up version of the toddler TV tray table, that can be used by one Sim to eat a meal, as any regular dining chair - a Sims 4 armchair redone as dining chair, so it can be used with the TV table, the matching sofa redone as dining-booth (and with matching colors. I’ve always wondered why EA didn’t make the sofa and the armchair matching?!) - a grown-up version of the chalkboard table and school-like chair. I wanted to turn them into activity table, but still wanted something a bit different, so I made a collective activity table. It’s actually the chair that works as activity table; the table has a small footprint so it doesn’t prevent Sims from drawing (but it also means Sims can walk through it if there’s no chair to block their way) - the Eco-living activity table turned into regular desk and chair, with a dirty and clean options.

Around the Sims 4 | Furniture for toddler meals *sneak-peak*

Now that ours toddlers have new drinks and meals, here’s new seats and new tables!

A cute tiny chalkboard table with school-like mini-chairs, the Mini Chair is now REALLY a mini chair, with a tray table, plus two chair boosters (well, even 3 as the cushion exists in EA size and 85% smaller). But warning, chair boosters aren’t completely a piece of cake to use. (Instructions and required files are provided though, don’t worry! ;))

Around the Sims 4 | Kids Playground

I needed a kids playground for my town, but as I needed one for my Sims 3 and Sims 4 towns, I made all the possible objects: some are functional in the Sims 3 and decorative only in Sims 4, some are functional in the Sims 4 and decorative only in the Sims 3.

I first made these tables as chairs to use with an invisible desk, but I found more interesting to redo them as kids activity tables (I love those, above all since Seasons and all the handsome crafts kids can do from there!)

Around the Sims 4 | Toaster mod

Here are more recipes to get with toasters, suggested by Patreons (who taught eveyrything me about toaster pastries!): baguette, pop tarts, tortilla, toasts, english muffins, etc! I’ve also updated my older toasters so you can get those fancy food with any of them. Warning, the toasters need now the toaster mod (ATS4_mod_toaster), as it makes the eventual future updates easier.

Around the Sims 4 | Bree-KEA kitchen - Bree clutter

Last part of the Bree-KEA kitchen, with more traditional clutter, including a cow cookie jar (functional, thanks to @icy-spicy-scalpel!), a functional tureen, a functional toaster!
