Separated Bonsai Tree

I loved the idea of a bonsai tree but wasn’t a fan that it was stuck to that one table. So I separated that bad boy (which was much more painful than I thought) and made it so it can be placed on any surface.

I did require it to have a slot to be placed, so it can go on basically any surface but the floor. All the animations and interaction options will still work on any surface, but it looks best when it’s around counter height level.

You can change the color of the pot through live mod, just like the original bonsai tree.

This isn’t an override so you still have the original as an option and it’s also base game compatible.

That's What She Said Bunk Bed Update

(& New Bedding/Mattress Set!)

I know getting these updated was a huge ask from just about everyone. My original intention was to completely redo the textures cause they really aren't up to my standards of today (this set is over a year old now!). Buttttt once I got started I realized that updating the textures was going to be a huge undertaking because all the coordinating pieces (dresser, end tables, etc.) would also need updating to match.

So to hold you all over I went ahead and updated its to be compatible with the new bunk beds features, but kept the texture the same. I do plan on giving these a big face lift in the future but for now - they have lots of new features!

I also made a new bunk-bed compatible bedding set called 'Does It Really Mattress'. For the moment, these just include these new styles. This is because making these compatible isn't super simple and will take a bit of time to go back and update all my previous bedding sets. Long term, I also plan on using this 'Does It Really Mattress' set to include the entirety of my beddings to simplify that category for you all. But until then I made these bad boys which are improved and I made sure every detail was right.

3 new objects

The frame themselves are essentially dummy "sculptures" and have no usability/interactions

Although the lofted frame is not an actual bed, the ladder and customizations are still available on it

Lofted Bunk Bed Frame

Ladder included using built in bunk bed customization

Auto-chooses ladder placement based on proximity to wall (you can also manually choose which style)

Meticulous modifications to make this work as a separated bunk bed frame without causing routing issues & synced up with animation

Only lofted bunk bed version, use single and toddler bed frames to create a bunk bed

Single (Lower Bunk) Bed Frame

Can be used on its own but also will seamlessly pair with lofted bunk bed frame

Very small mesh modifications made to ensure it visually looks like one single frame with paired with the lofted bed

Small updates made to footprint to ensure no routing issues

Toddler Bed Frame

New style toddler bed frame to create seamless look when paired with lofted bed frame

When bedding/mattresses are paired with upper beds it will offset the bed - this is set up to place correctly with the bunk bed offset (on my lofted bed frame and with EA's)

Footboard removed to look better when paired with lofted frame

Can be used on its own as well, but positioned specifically for bunk beds so may need to use alt for best placement when used on its own

The categorization of the old one made it hard to find so I triple checked to make sure this was in the right place and easy to locate!

Nothing Else Mattress

5 new, separated bedding/mattresses

4 single/twin (upper & lower bunk) and 1 toddler bedding

All are compatible with new bunk bed features including ability to slot as a lower bed

Upper bunk beds are what actually contain the ladder animations/routing for the bunk beds

You can customize the ladder side (just like EA bunk beds) and the animation will follow that even though the ladder is part of the frame

If you place the upper beds where you want, the ladder routing will use best routing option automatically (and should line up with bunk bed frame)

Lower bunk beds will work on their own as single beds

Main updates to lower bedding was to add all the coding/settings needed for them to properly work when slotted under the top bunk bed

Don’t Lose Focus Camera Set

This set was inspired by my sister and also improved with her feedback. She actually plays (unlike myself who only built) and her family is generations deep. She loves taking pictures and actually it was her family photos I used for the ‘We Just Click’ photo set.

There are 3 cameras and 1 tripod that are included with this set. Everything is functional and BGC. If you have the Mochino SP, extra interactions will be available with the tripod, but otherwise still BGC.

The cameras can be used directly from in the world and don’t have to be in your inventory like the other cameras included in the game. And this aspect may not be the most realistic for gameplay, but all the cameras take the highest quality photos and have the max zoom capability. So you won’t get fingers in your photos or blurred photos. But these cameras were aimed at simmers who love taking photos and want to capture memories. So if you want photos based on your sim’s skill level you can always use the EA cameras.

Also a suggestion from my sister was to make the tripod live mode draggable so I added that. Allows you to easily move the tripod into a better position without going to build mode.
