Hey, chef anon here. I was rereading the househusband ask and got an idea from Kokonoe purring. What are some other catlike behaviors Kokonoe exhibits? Maybe going "pspspsps" gets her attention. Maybe she enjoys petting or getting her hair brushed or maybe even that thing people do where they just slap their cats.

God damn it, chef, I have other asks I need to do and then you drop this shit in my inbox now I have to do it.

Kokonoe A. Mercury

-As much as Kokonoe vehemently denies it (and she'd probably kill anyone if they ever find out), she has her fair share of catlike tendencies despite being only half-beastkin

-For one, the ever encompassing pspspsps is a good way to get Kokonoe's attention. Her cat ears stand up and her head immediately snaps over to the source, only to see you quietly laughing to yourself. She grumbles in annoyance and goes back to her work. Give it another 20 minutes and it'll work again. Much like the Kaka Clan also hailing from Jubei, she has quite the short attention span despite her genius intellect.

-Brushing her hair is one the easiest ways to get her to relax, especially when you're trying to get her to sleep for a damn change. Whether with an actual brush or just running your fingers through her hair it makes it harder for her to think before she eventually stops and gives in.

-Bonus points if you start scratching behind her ears too. She instantly goes red in the face as she starts involuntarily purring. If you dare do that in public you're getting your hand slapped away immediately and a scolding remark from her. She still has an image to maintain.

-Only makes it all the more satisfying when you're in private with her again and she puts her head under your hand like an animal does when they want attention and demands you scratch her ears.

-Silvervine has very little effect on Kokonoe anymore, having it basically in her body at all times. Other forms of catnip though is a different story. Swap out her silvervine candy for another kind as a prank and watch chaos unfold.

-She won't get full on hallucinations since she's only half-beastkin but she'll basically be drugged out. Hyperactivity only surpassed by the likes of Taokaka herself and unable to focus on any work she's doing. If there is a tall thing standing on a table or desk, that shit is getting knocked over with no thoughts, even if it was extremely important, a dramatically increased appetite, and if you happen to be in the vicinity, she will give in to her animalistic urges and pounce on you. She won't actually hurt you but you're not getting up for a pretty long while as she nuzzles her head against your chest furiously and purrs like an engine.

-When the catnip wears off and she wakes up Kokonoe realizes what happens and you're getting the verbal beatdown of your life. She'll probably threaten to scratch your eyes out or something and it would be scary if you weren't her husband, you know she wouldn't do that. You just seem to disarm her in a way no one else does, it simultaneously gives the professor that warm, lovey feeling and frustrates her to no end.

-It's not to as big of an extent as normal cats, but Kokonoe also hates cucumbers. Of course you're not so cruel as to sneak one into her food, but when she's not looking you'll sneak one on a table behind her so she'll jump back when she turns around and catches the unpleasant scent. She does have a more sensitive sense of smell than a normal person.

-If you're around she'll shoot a sharp insult your way. If not, she'll mutter angrily under her breath as moves to throw it away.

-Of course there's everyone's favorite, the laser pointer. You at least have the decency to not pull it out in the lab and risk her destroying important work stuff but at home there is no mercy. Pull it out when she's not looking and those urges will surface. She'll run around trying to stomp on the dot, if it goes to the wall she'll scratch at it like mad, so if you're a fan of the couches or the TV, don't put the dot there.

-It'll take her a while to notice what's going on, at least until your laughter gives it away. She'll hear it and snap out of it, angrily cussing you out as she storms off to your shared bedroom.

-She acts mad in the moment, and probably is, at least until it's time for bed and you get in with her as she's sulking. She threatens to scratch you if you get close to her until you spoon her small body and start running your fingers through her hair and she reluctantly and begrudgingly relaxes into it.

-If there's one thing you've learned about Kokonoe in your relationship together, even before you married, it's that she's the queen of mixed signals. Appropriate, given her heritage. No matter how mad she acts, for whatever reason she just can't find it in herself to stay mad at you.

So for the first non illegal character x character ask on this page i'd like to request ragna x nu because i think they have a cute dynamic if you take out the ritualistic suicide sex to bring about the end of the world.

That's the plot twist, chief. The ritualistic suicide sex is their dynamic. I can...give this an attempt at the very least.

-For the sake of this ask, the best I can really do is say this is post-Central Fiction where Ragna makes the decision to not erase himself and live in the new world with everyone else.

-When Nu finally recovers from her sickness and is able to move around freely again, her first instinct is naturally to find Ragna. Once she does she initially has the thought of becoming one with him in the form of the Black Beast.

-At least she does until she realizes that's no longer possible. The cauldrons have been destroyed and with the full power of the Azure, Ragna is for all intents and purposes a god. She couldn't beat him anymore even without the Azure last time so now there's basically no chance.

-Ragna doesn't really know what to do, even if he still wanted to save Nu from...well their thing they were forced to do together. He'd finally succeeded in doing that, so... maybe she deserved the chance she'd wanted for so long?

-It takes a while for the Grim Reaper to warm up to the idea, but seeing how Nu wanted him so badly now and she wasn't going to try to get him to destroy the world, he eventually figured why the hell not.

-An actual, real relationship is...awkward to say the least. Knowing their less than ideal history together along with the fact that Nu looks exactly like Saya due to being a clone of her really doesn't help. Is this even legal? Are there even any laws that go over clones of family members anywhere?

-Predictably, the Murakumo Unit's...intense feelings haven't changed, however she'll have to learn to express her affections in more normal, much less destructive ways. She'll cling to Ragna's arm at every chance she gets with no sense of shame whatsoever regardless of how he feels about it at any given time.

-To be honest, both of them are extremely inept at love, they're both learning as they go. Ragna just kind of sits there and lets Nu do what she wants most of the time, knowing she has to figure this out just as much as he does.

-However he has to be the one to stop her when her more violent tendencies start to emerge. If she catches him talking with any other woman who's not Noel or Lambda she'll probably be ready to throw hands right then and there, and that's not gonna end well for the poor girl on the receiving end if he doesn't.

-It's a long learning process, but Nu eventually learns to hold back the urge to attack any woman who even looks at Ragna kinda funny. She'll hold onto him tightly and shoot the woman the kind of look that very well could kill a person. As soon as said woman goes away she goes right back to her happy, child-like personality. The way her mood can swing like that so dramatically and so quickly will never get any less unsettling. At least she's pretty adorable when she doesn't have the urge to commit first degree murder.

Requesting Nu-13 telling herself she is not a gay disaster when she is in fact a gay disaster.

I think I'm unfortunately gonna have to decline this. One, it doesn't match with canon in any way, even if I can sometimes play touch and go with it depending on the ask. Two, I am a straight guy, I don't think myself qualified to write for gay women. Also this is a blog primarily for male audiences even though I usually write without specifying the reader's gender for the sake of anyone who wants to read my work.

Could you do something with Linne from unib? You can make it platonic I just really like her "too old for this shit" personality.

I am so sorry for making you wait so long compared to all the previous asks for this. I wanted to complete Linne's chronicle mode first before doing this but unlocking it takes much longer than expected when you have ADHD and mild dyslexia. Hope this is worth the wait.

I wasn't sure if you preferred romantic or platonic so I wrote these in a way that could be interpreted as either just to be on the safe side.

-To put it simply, Linne's an...intriguing person. Some ways good, some ways not so much.

-Being born to one of the few remaining families of the Night Blade, you heard all the stories of the cursed princess who never experienced death, reincarnating into brand new bodies every time. Finally meeting her for yourself one day is an experience not like any other.

-Being in the body of a small child, it's rather strange at first to hear her speak with such maturity and experience, even if you already know it's coming. Regardless you learn a lot from spending time with her.

-Linne can be distant at times, but she's not cold. She's more than willing to tell you tales of her younger days as she's lived through countless generations and living to see such drastic advances in technology, art, society, and the world in general. It's actually quite intriguing.

-She was there to see airplanes come to fruition, to see the first ever moving picture and the rise of animation and cinema, see the evolution of modern architecture over the course of several hundred years, a number of sports becoming invented and pop off in popularity, and a lot more she can tell you all about. If you're a history nerd especially it's basically like finding Atlantis lmao.

-Whatever capacity you're involved with her, she really does appreciate having you around. She does find some enjoyment of telling the youth of today about her experiences. It's a refreshing change from Waldstein in a bunch of other ways too.

-Waldstein's a bit too strict on her at times. Particularly with her diet. He's way too focused on feeding her food based on nutrition which doesn't exactly mesh well with Linne's childlike tendencies due to her current host. Slip her a piece of chocolate or two when Wald's not looking and she won't ever forget that.

-You're also much better to just take a stroll through the town with. Wald sticking out like a sore thumb as much as he does makes it nigh impossible to go anywhere without getting stares and questions. You can simply say you're an older family member of some kind and no one will care. It's much easier for Linne to relax with you around and not have to worry about the Night, Amnesia, Paradox, and all that other bullshit.

-Of course being part of the Night Blade you're getting trained by her too once you awaken to your EXS abilities. Having lived for literal centuries she's pretty much the best teacher you could ask for. You still got a long way to go to beat her but thanks to her you can more than handle yourself in a fight against most other In-Births.

-She's tough but fair on you, much better than the old man who'd piledrive you into the dirt, both figuratively and literally if Linne didn't stop him.

-Despite being literal centuries younger, you quickly find yourself acting as the middle(wo)man to Linne and Waldstein. The voice of reason when either of them get too irrational as you're the one most familiar with the current times (Boomer Wald lmfao). Also fitting considering you're in between them when it comes to physical stature as well.

I've been on the fence about creating a BlazBlue self insert/headcanon blog for a while now, but the activity of @nkn0va has baited me over the edge. Some of you folks might know me from over at @mizukagami-takamagahara. I wonder if being a whore on here will damage my image...

This blog was made on a whim and as a hobby. I'm not sure how long I intend to play around with it, and I won't make any promises. I write stuff like this for pals all the time, but I've never tried doing it online...

Rules for requests as follows;

This blog only intends to do headcanons.

Content will be written with a gender neutral reader assumed. If specifically requested, I will adjust. If I feel the inspiration or the need to distinguish between how a character may interact with a specific gender, I will note it in a separate section of the post- listing all gender neutral headcanons first, then gendered ones under their own heading.

This is a hobby blog. I will respond to requests slowly. Answers will be on some kind of queue. Maybe alongside some aesthetic fluff posts… I'll tag #phantom filler for anything that isn't the content you came here to see, so feel free to block or blacklist as needed.

Mild NSFW allowed. This is a lenient rule. You can talk about sex, I'm just not prepared to get too detailed at this time. As I'm setting up this blog on a whim, I'll have to discover what I'm not comfortable with as I go. Naturally, this ruleset is subject to changes and additions. Please check back as needed.

So after some thinking it through I've gone on ahead and officially deleted the Zdrada ask. Doodoo Anon has specifically stated it was a joke can cleared up that he didn't actually expect me to accept it, but I did anyway bring the dumbass I am. Also in general it just felt like a stain on my writing repertoire that otherwise I'm decently confident in at least, kinda killed my motivation to get requests done all day after that. No likes or reblogs either after almost 12 hours so I don't think anyone's gonna miss it anyway. At least one good thing came from it in confirming to myself I ain't writing for this bitch, she isn't the one Helltaker character I actively dislike for no reason. In retrospect I really should've seen that one coming, but nothing we can do about it now.

To Doodoo, again, no hard feelings. Seriously. Hope you can shoot some more requests my way in the future.
