This was our first time seeing the (at that time) baby okapi, Gates!! I’m eager to return, and see how much he has grown.

Young okapis are one of the cutest things, they are so scruffy, and move around with a graceful awkwardness.

I would love to plan a trip to draw just the birds! As the zoo has quite a large selection of them :)
