They probably don’t know how to reset Gideon and even if they did, she would still have the same protocol to put the timeline first and they wouldn’t know how to reprogram her because it’s tech from over 100 years into the future.

Thats true, but I mean they have human Gideon. I'm fairly certain she knows how to program herself or at the least be able to figure it out. (Even though she has been a bit inconsistent in her intellect)

I adore argyle! He was a great addition to the cast, he added a nice mix of comedy and a fresh perspective to the weird stuff.
