THAT IS THE OPPOSITE OF A SLOW BURN!!!! TV SHOWS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO ASSURE YOU THAT RELATIONSHIPS ARE "ENDGAME" OR WHATEVER.

a slow burn is, by definition, a story that slowly unfolds. you also, 99% of the time, can't tell that it was a slow burn until it is over. if you get told the end of the story before it actually happens then you're not experiencing it.

ALSO!!! 911 is doing everything BUT tell us explicitly and in capital letters that this is leading to buddie. so many of us have been consistently reading the signs right and so many of you have doubted us (and the show!) at every point. but we've just been following the story and the characters. and the signs have lead us here (TO EVAN BUCKLEY BEING CANONICALLY BISEXUAL!!!) just like they will lead us to what is being set up (buddie going canon).
