Hello , I Hope You're Doing Well..
Hello 👋, I hope you're doing well..
My name is Mahmoud, and I'm a 17-year-old from Gaza. The ongoing war has devastated my city, destroyed my school, and made daily life incredibly challenging.
Despite these hardships, I'm determined to continue my education and build a better future. I've been given a chance to study abroad, but I need help to cover the costs of leaving Gaza, as well as living expenses and other essentials abroad once the crossing opens.. 🙏
If you can, please consider donating or sharing, your kindness can truly make a difference, and thanks for your time. ❤🍉

I'm unable to donate but to anyone seeing this who can I implore you to do so.

Yeah, and his female characters are some of the best in shonen jump in my opinion. The mothers aren't treated as just mothers. They're allowed to have personality and backstory. Otohime, Portgas D. Rouge and Bellemere are examples of this.
As much as I love JJK, Megumi's mom doesn't have anything to her character besides being the person who just so happened to give birth to Megumi and I think this lack of confidence in writing women is reflected in how much there is to be desired with his other female characters.
Likewise, as flawed as Naruto is with its female characters Kushina IS allowed to have a personality and be more than just a wife and a mother.
There's obviously nothing wrong with having a female character that's tied to motherhood and is nurturing but when that character isn't even given a name in the text of the story and isn't able to be seen as anything but a mother what exactly are we supposed to take away from that?
I feel like you can tell a lot about how an author views their female characters based on whether or not they give dead mothers a name.
If I fumbled a baddie like Geto I'd become a shell of the man I once was and try to keep everyone at an arm's length away from me too.
AI 'art' could never reignite someone's passion like Akira did for Kishimoto
AI 'art' could never create something as hauntingly visceral as Guernica
AI 'art' could never capture the tragedy of an artist nearing the end of their life the way Unfinished Painting did
AI 'art' is a joke
Not to be dramatic but if you give me brown candy corn I'm never gonna talk to you again.
