Sometimes I forget just how low Castiel's voice is compared to Misha's until I see a blooper like this. it's so enjoyable to watch.

after the first eps I thought it'd be the splatty gore
or maybe a character death (ha!)
but NO
s4 ep 1 and I was like... MISHA COLLINS SIR that u wot u doin?!
how the hell did he keep that up for 12 seasons?
and how did the sound recordists cope with the ultra-gravitas pitch of shifting tectonic plates?
did he spend half his tenure on the show fixing it in ADR cuz he blew out his mic or hit the brown note?
