Thrawn X Reader. 1st time seeing the leaves change.

You were standing on the balcony with a nice hot cup of coffee in hand, of the hotel you and your boyfriend Thrawn were staying at.

You had insisted that both of you stay on the planet a little longer. After all, autumn was just around the corner and the leaves would be changing their colours soon.

Looking up you see that the leaves have started to change their colours. Smiling you remember your childhood memories of playing in the leaves with your family.

You hear the door to the balcony open and hear Thrawn walk up behind you.

“Good morning Y/n.” Thrawn greets in his usual calm tone. You turn to look at your lover and see that he staring at the trees.

You turn to look at your boyfriend and sees that he’s entranced by the scenery.

“What is happening? The leaves were green, now they are different colours?” Thrawn asks you. Smiling at Thrawn’s question.

“The leaves are changing colours because it’s becoming autumn, it’s fairly normal, ” You explain to him seeing that your explanation got through to him.

“I’ve never seen anything like it. It’s beautiful but not, as beautiful as you. My dearest, ” Thrawn says staring at you with a loving look in his eyes.

Smiling even bigger than before you put your coffee down and hug the chiss always seems to know what to say.
