Progress is very slow but steady I think. It was probably a bad idea to start another drawing in the middle of finishing up this one… *sadly watches my motivation slowly slink away to the exit*

OC drop! Deimos

An unfinished doodle

Deimos is set in a world of superhero’s and villains. He was born with the ability to manipulate shadows, automatically casting him from the Hero’s warm welcome as it was considered an evil ability. The Hero’s of the world were beloved by all but were heartless and cruel. Deimos quickly grew to be the most powerful supervillain of his peers and became the arch enemy of the leaders of the Hero organization (Firefly and her husband)

Although he is considered a villain, he is significantly more ethical than the so called heros are, he and Firefly’s daughter (Willow, a girl born without powers and was kidnapped my Deimos as leverage, only to have Firefly spit out right that she didn’t care about Willow) go on to change the lines of what makes a hero and hero, and what makes a villain a villain.

all from a prompt that read: “you were the only child that didn't have powers in a family of metahumans. Today you got kidnapped by a supervillain... and none of your family came to the rescue.”
