Who Killed Faye Diggs?
When 22 year old model Faye Diggs is found dead in her apartment, people begin to suspect it's suicide. Although, there's one thing she didn't mention. She had a boyfriend no one knew about who deems she's been murdered.

To Trevor Kim, death had never sounded so appealing, especially when you are the happiest man alive. But when tragedy strikes, he is forced to track a killer who might be responsible for the death of his longtime girlfriend Faye Diggs who was found dead in her apartment. Even though, all his life he's known only how to strike a pose, take pictures, repeat. Everyone thinks it's a suicide but Trevor swears she's been murdered and promises to bring her justice even if he has to do this on his own. He made a promise to Faye to protect and love her till death do them part.
Married or not, now is the time to put that promise into action more than ever.

In many cultures, ethnic groups, and nations around the world, hair is considered a source of power and prestige. African people brought these traditions and beliefs to the Americas and passed them down through the generations.
In my mother’s family (Black Americans from rural South Carolina) the women don’t cut their hair off unless absolutely necessary (i.e damage or routine trimming). Long hair is considered a symbol of beauty and power; my mother often told me that our hair holds our strength and power. Though my mother’s family has been American born for several generations, it is fascinating to see the beliefs and traditions of our African ancestors passed down. We are emotionally and spiritually attached to our hair, cutting it only with the knowledge that we are starting completely clean and removing stagnant energy.
Couple this with the forced removal and covering of our hair from the times of slavery and onward, and you can see why so many Black women and men alike take such pride and care in their natural hair and love to adorn our heads with wigs, weaves, braids, twists, accessories, and sharp designs.
Hair is not just hair in African diaspora cultures, and this is why the appropriation and stigma surrounding our hair is so harmful.
I’m so sorry it’s disorganised but this is the best I can do before they take away our WiFi
Edit: Alright so slight connection and update. The military’s gonna be in power for one year now? And I don’t know that’s just disgusting honestly. Also by the way the pictures I have posted in this post are from Twitter written by someone not me. By disorganised I meant I didn’t have the time to arrange the pictures in order because my WiFi got taken away. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the account who wrote this as I was in a hurry to post this so yes 😔
Some racist asshole run a muslim family down with his pick-up truck this afternoon in London (Ontario), killing four and leaving only one family member alive. The terrorist was a 20-year old islamophobic dude who targeted muslims and wanted to kill as many of them as possible; when the police arrested him, he was wearing body armor, he had intended to commit more than just murders. There's a 9-year old who lost his family and is in the hospital right now. It's heartbreaking.
