finally reading some of The Island of Sodor and learning things and im shocked as hell

i DIDNT KNOW ALL OF THAT??????????? like his backstory is similar-ish to Henry’s but he was luckier to have had that many adjustments to make him a more efficient powerful engine.. and did become a Gresley/Stanier hybrid from that heavy overhaul (that i dont know what its from but im assuming its from one of his accidents??)

he was rebuilt into a hybrid (1939) AFTER Henry’s accident and rebuild (1935). putting that here just so i can remember
