We obtained video footage of the Dread Wringer in use. If you swing it straight, you can send ink to the same spot; if you swing it while moving your viewpoint, you can send ink to two different spots. The key is to use the different ways of swinging depending on the situation, such as when you want to concentrate on a single spot or when you want to paint a large area of ground.

For those who want to engage in turf war but can't seem to afford most of its weapons, your next best bet is Mr. Eel. Who is Mr. Eel? No one really knows for sure. He's rumoured to work in a junkyard where trash from big cities accumulate to the brim. He fishes up the best materials he can use and crafts weapons from them and distributes them at the lowest prices possible. Don't expect his stuff to be of the best (and safest) quality— but it's cheap, and it sure as hell works.
