There's this series of Sherlock Holmes figurines that I see sometimes and they make me absolutely feral.

I would expect if a company is thinking of making Sherlock Holmes figurines they have a couple of choices - either do the characters in generic poses, or choose some key moments from the canon stories to depict.

But that company didn't do that. They were just straight up "let's make fanfiction in figurine form."

Some of them aren't so strange, like...

This makes sense! Holmes and Watson are in Baker Street, round their fire place, and they are dealing with "A most mysterious case." This isn't from a specific story, but it's generic enough that it could apply to many stories.

But then you get things like...

WHO IS THIS MAN? WHAT HAPPENED?!! The figurine company just made their own Sherlock Holmes OC and had Watson looking grief-stricken over him while weird blonde Holmes stands impassively by.

What else are Holmes and Watson known for? Oh that's right, accosting random children.

I'm always on the lookout for more of them, they just amuse me so much.
