I'm re-watching Chihayafuru, on account of it showed up randomly on yt shorts for me, remind me of its existence. And I totally forgot what an absolute force Chihaya was.

Honestly, this whole anime is a meme factory, but this one I felt in my soul. It also took me 3 episodes to realise why I enjoy this absurd show so much - it's because the main character actually is the "dirty old man" in her soul, and it resonates. :)

Seriously, start with a human sized idea and whichever direction you go on the scale, sooner or later you end up with one or the other.
