um, i haven`t watched evangelion to comment over the similarities between shinji and kevin

but from what you have mentioned OP, i guess kev would relate to him. possibly feel threatened by him too and put a defensive act. probably an early AF S1 type of interactions to speak of

kinning seems too strong of a word to describe how kevin would feel towards him, imo

I feel like both Future Steven and Hodaka would be Shinnies (kin with Shinji Ikari). Any other characters you can think of that would be Shinnies?
