One thing I have to compliment where compliments are due is the attention to how Pokémon react to their surroundings in Scarlet and Violet. (Mostly).

I love seeing Hoppip and Skipbloom get blown away and into trees and rocks during a storm. Especially how Magikarp swim fluidly then become the bouncing mess we know and love them for, or even just seeing Diglett and Wiglett go into their burrows and move around in the dirt or sand.

There's also plenty of bird Pokémon in the air or on the land; like that of Wattrel in V formation, the murder of Murkrows, or Rufflets surrounding a pokemon they normally prey on...

It genuinely, GENUINELY feels like I'm in a REAL Pokémon world, watching them act like they would in the shows or from their Pokédex descriptions, and this has to be the most, if the BEST feeling ever when playing a Pokémon game.
