I used to have this mentality or something similar. I realized most people in my area aren't looking to go on a date. Their definition of what a date is isn't what my definition of a date is. I guess I'm in a different lane than some of the people in my age group because, to me, a date is going somewhere together, being together, getting to know each other in person, getting a vibe for the person, a physical vibe of how they are in person versus how they act online. Doesn't need to be fancy or highly priced. We could easily walk at the local park or Graveyard and spend time.
