Louis' family is in danger of bankruptcy, and with Paul's recent suicide, life seems to be getting worse for Louis, especially when Louis' mother forces him to accept an arranged marriage with Santiago, a old man from a wealthy family but with great cruelty.

Santiago and Louis take a boat trip to their new home and celebrate their upcoming wedding .Unable to accept his fate, Louis is willing to end his life like his brother did, but in this case by jumping into the sea, but he is saved by a man named Lestat, thus giving rise to a forbidden love for Lestat who will save him in more than one way on this trip.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you're 11-18, you don't need to be worrying about your body. You are a child. You are going to change so much in the next couple of years, so give yourself some time. Feed yourself for all of the changes your body is going through. You don't need to have slim thighs, bigger breasts, a smaller waist, toned arms, a round butt, abs, or any of the standards the world has used to lie to you. You also should not be comparing yourself TO ANYONE. Not the sophomore you pass by in the hallways, not the actress on the TV, not even your sister. People that are younger than you, your age, or especially if they are older, don't compare yourself to them. You don't understand the difference just a few years can make. I cannot tell you how much I changed from age 13 to 14 years old, both mentally and physically. That's only one year of time. And please do not compare yourself to adults. Even if you aren't 11-18, there is still no reason to compare yourself. Be kind to yourself. Please. You are so much more than your body. I know it doesn't feel that way but I promise.

On the subject of guilty pleasures, I’ve long had a soft spot for the kind of guy who might be descried as the direct inverse of a Himbo–funny-looking, weak little skin-and-bones, genius-level intellect, and honestly kind of an asshole. But, and this is important, his assholishness has to come from a place of impotent frustration, 50% justified at how his awkwardness has led to isolation and cut off opportunities, 50% ranting about how every petty slight is caused by people Not Recognizing His Genius. These are your Edward Nygmas, your Jonathan Cranes, sneering out at a world that (to hear them tell it) has only ever laughed at them, bitter as the coffee they need four cups of just to get through they day, with a thread of sadness and loneliness that all their snark and egotism can never quite kill weaving secretly through their hearts.  

I’m not sure I have a point to make with this post. If I do, maybe it’s that I can never in good conscience make fun of any girl who swoons at a tough-talking greaser, when my idle romantic daydreams are so very much worse.
