dude I *barely* began my ts4 sims creating era and now there's inzoi alluring me in with their character studio feature.....

tho is it as insane as its giving out to be or is it just the hyperrealism that makes it look like you can do anything you want?

anyways I counted yesterday and it appears that I have made 70 sims since the save file i started in June so i'm officially unhinged

edit: neverminddddd, its not available for mac so I'll just look at all peoples' inzoi creations with envy for now

another edit: ok after learning that is actually ai, I’m totally fine with giving up on the idea of trying it out bc that sounds really like the opposite of what interest me with creating characters in the sims. basically the challenge and the, and the long process of getting a sim how you want it! That’s why I enjoyed creating imo beautiful characters in ts3 so much because oh my was it not the hardest thing on earth

saw this post some days ago and it made me think about my own non-existing reblogging! never was a reblogger - also not 11 years ago when i was active the last time.

i guess back then i was pretty occupied with having a "coherent" looking feed (also, i feel like the blog-aspect mattered more or am i wrong??) but nowadays idgaf about coherency and i'm asking myself why i don't reblog. ahaha

but i feel what is mostly always hindering me from reblogging - now as well as 11 years ago - is that i actually have this feeling quite opposite to what sadraccoon expressed. i feel a bit like being an annoyance or smth, that i would be a bother to my followers if i post too often. ik its so stupid and especially when i read this post, i was like "why tf am i feeling like that??" anyways, i will try to take up reblogging - i know how happy i get from others reblogging my content so it hopefully shouldn't bother people if i reblogged theirs xD

Y'all I cannot stress this enough but it's real important to share stuff that you like if you want to see more of the stuff you like. And that means reblogging stuff.

I'm referencing Simblr specifically here, and fuck knows there's a 1001 reasons someone might want to leave this community, but that CC creator who just quietly stopped posting? That Sims story that never got finished and never will? That person with really neat Sims who said goodbye? All of these can be casualties of feeling like no one gives a shit.

In an ideal world, yes. And you should do things because you want to, and not out of a sense of obligation for notes or whatever else. But I think we all know that's not how it works. Plus, I normally see this POV spouted from accounts that already have a big following so it comes off as a tad disingenuous. A little love goes a long way.

TL;DR - If you want to see more of the stuff you love, share the shit out of it.
