I’ve recently got my first set of acrylics done due to a bad little (huge) nail biting habit of mine and regular nail polish wasn’t working anymore, and the design is like froggie french tips,

And one thing that I CANNOT get out of my head is just giving the turts scritchies with them. Because since they have tough scales, kind of like regular nails won’t do much? So acrylics, being thicker and stronger, are a bit better. Just imagine, your preferred turtle(s), head in your lap, churring like a damn motor while you scratch their neck, back of their head, under their chin, even their shell, just absolutely infatuated with your new set. They’re just so obsessed with the designs, charms, how good it feels on their scales ESPECIALLY if they start shedding. If you get nails while they’re shedding? They are going to be begging you to help them get rid of the itchy flakes of shedding skin and scutes. Of course, they can just use a rough brush to get them off themselves, but they wanna be with you, so prepare yourself for a very long while of having your turtle being a big baby.

Tw: Language Something I find quite funny about the Raphs in general is how it’s shown that in most if not almost all of them actually want to be alone. They actually want to be away from their brothers n shit, but Rise Raph? Poor baby is TERRIFIED about being left alone. He cannot be abandoned for too long because then poor guy goes savage, and I have a feeling that it links with some childhood trauma but that’s something else for another time. Like, all the others are freakin lone wolves but poor baby Rise Raphie cannot even handle the single thought of being abandoned without anything familiar for comfort.

Let’s talk about how Donnie has the biggest brass balls out of all of his brothers. Not only did he take down the Krang (it was his final blow that took krang down) but this dude just hops out of an airplane. AN AIRPLANE. They didn’t train for that. Homie just stepped out into the damn air like it was nothing. And then, THEN straight up tested the ooze on himself not knowing what it would even do to him. That. Takes. Balls. Even more so than Leonardo. I said what I said.
