I’ve recently got my first set of acrylics done due to a bad little (huge) nail biting habit of mine and regular nail polish wasn’t working anymore, and the design is like froggie french tips,

And one thing that I CANNOT get out of my head is just giving the turts scritchies with them. Because since they have tough scales, kind of like regular nails won’t do much? So acrylics, being thicker and stronger, are a bit better. Just imagine, your preferred turtle(s), head in your lap, churring like a damn motor while you scratch their neck, back of their head, under their chin, even their shell, just absolutely infatuated with your new set. They’re just so obsessed with the designs, charms, how good it feels on their scales ESPECIALLY if they start shedding. If you get nails while they’re shedding? They are going to be begging you to help them get rid of the itchy flakes of shedding skin and scutes. Of course, they can just use a rough brush to get them off themselves, but they wanna be with you, so prepare yourself for a very long while of having your turtle being a big baby.

Sooooo I’ve been seeing all the lil asks, and if you don’t mind, may I ask something myself? As a short person myself, how would the turtles generally react to just having a lil friend, like thoughts, feelings, any of that good stuff, TY :) 🩵

I don’t really take height into consideration when it comes to friendships. We are ah, a bit taller in stature than most people. I would however find it cute when they can’t reach something and they find an alternative way of doing so.

Hey I wouldn’t mind a tiny friend. As big as I am, I’m a softy for smaller people. I’d put em up on my shoulders and give em a ride or I’d help lift them up ta reach somethin. Big things come in small packages they say.

For someone as tall as I am, that would make for an interesting pair to say the least. And just think, all those hard to reach places because you’re too large… a smaller person could complete the task with ease.

No worries angel cakes I got you covered. I myself am the shortest in my family so I totally know what it’s like. We could totally chill. And it would be nice to have someone shorter than me around for a change.
