yo being black and depressed is hard as fuck. being black with anxiety is hard as fuck. being black with a chronic illness or disability is hard a fuck. everybody expects you to be ‘strong’ at all times and no one sees black people as complex or nuanced enough to be capable of suffering. no one ever thinks we could possibly need help. and if you’re a black woman, the moment you stop thinking about others and try to tend to yourself you’re a selfish lazy ungrateful bitch.

support black people, esp women, who need help. don’t just call us strong or tell us we’ll get through it, help us. protect us. uplift us. allow us to be beings capable of suffering. give us the same space you’d give white women to express our pain and be there for us like you would for anyone else.

Hi , I’m Mia / Miaveli !

As many of you may know , I have recently made the decision to discontinue writing & sharing my work on the ‘ Wattpad ‘ platform for various reasons. . that I have openly expressed my displeasure with many times ( plagiarism , intellectual property stealing , personal information leaks , immaturity , negativity etc. ) but I won’t allow those issues to stop me from doing what I love the most — which is writing. Specifically , writing for the celebrities I have interest in. That’s why I’ve decided to return my talents to tumblr and use this platform as it is most convential for my picky formatting & the quality of my graphics. I’ve previously written a Chris Brown fan fiction story on here before , but stopped a while ago. A very long while ago , but I’m back and I’m ready to share my stories with all of the people who took interest in my work before. Although the tumblr writing community has faded a bit , I’m going to be here. Sharing my stories. My way. And I’m excited for the ability to expand the content of my writing. Tumblr has cleaned up it’s site in terms of inappropriate and erotic content but they’re not as strict as Wattpad was. . so I’ll be doing a lot more here as you can already tell.

With all of that being said I would like to take the time to thank everyone who followed me here and to Quotev for the endless support & love they always show to my writing. I see all of it and I truly appreciate every comment , like , vote and share. It makes my heart feel full because this is my passion.
