Not a hardcore SS shipper but come tf on how can people be this shallow. Like just because it doesn't fit your idea of a perfect ring it's not "pathetic" okay. Also SS is canon and will never not be and it's okay if you can't get behind it but it doesn't mean nobody can enjoy it.

Actually there IS one book with really nice Romione moments and that is CoS. It doesn't have a lot of them on Hermione's side at least. But Ron getting so mad at Malfoy for hurling a racial slur at his wife friend that he cursed him with a broken wand, Ron getting disgusted and totally not jealous of Hermione's crush on Lockhart, Ron willing to face his worst fear for her(also for Ginny tbf) and getting all giddy when he realised she had finally been cured. It's honestly the most wholesome book in the entire series.

In which Hp book do you like romione,ronarry,ronnev and Runa the most and why?

Romione: Aaargh it's... bleh it's hard to say, because their development is so chaotic once we hit the dreaded 4th book threshold. In OOTP Hermione is weirdly mean to Ron at times, let's not even mention HBP... Hmm. I don't know. I can't say PoA because it has Hermione refusing to consider Ron's feelings, and yes yes she's young and everything but wow what an asshole... eeeh. I can't say there's one book in which I like Romione "the most" because it's not like it's... just once, you know? It's spread across the entire series. I definitely like it the least in HBP, but I wouldn't be able to pinpoint a book in which I like it better. It's just... you need the whole experience, yknow?

Ronarry: Kinda same as for Romione, though GOF is a great place for all the delicious pining and angst and REUNITED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD feels. Yeah, if there's a Bible of Ronarry it's definitely GOF. :D

Ronnev: There's unfortunately not many scenes with only Ron and Neville in the series - because we're stuck to Harry's POV - and so unfortunately that leaves us with very little in terms of Ronnev feels... :(

Runa: I feel OOTP is the book for them. Luna seems very intent on remarking Ron at every turn while Ron isn't sure if she's being nice or mocking him (she's being nice son, believe in yourself! ;_; ). HBP fucks everything up with Rowling forcing Luna to defend poor precious princess Hermione's abusive ass, and in DH Luna is missing for like three quarters of the plot, great, thanks.

I don't think there's really "specific" books in which I like the pairings better - now if you ask me about fanfics in which I like how the pairings are handled, yeah, there are some, mostly the Romione fics which treat Ron and Hermione as equals, Ronarry fics that acknowledge that Ron also carries baggage from the war instead of making it All About Harry all over again, Ronnev fics that aren't about "sweet flower child Neville uwu", and Runa fics that actually get Luna right - ah and Runa fics that aren't Harmione fics, too, that's always a bonus.
