Christmas In June!
Christmas in June!

Yesterday, a rather large package from Japan arrived, thanks to Buyee. Opening it made me feel like a kid during Christmas morning, even if I knew what was waiting inside. Mail days like this really help keep me going. Especially, with the arm pain I've been enduring and the mental stress Rodney's worsening dementia is putting me under. I do plan to have this blog be more active. It's just the issue going on with my arm, is making it rather difficult to type and sit in front of the PC for long. I've been seeing a Chiropractor 3 times a week, as what is happening with my body, is on the borderline of needing surgery. They would have to fuse two vertebrae in my neck. A disc in my neck has thinned badly, this has caused one of my vertebrae to shift and pinch a main nerve that runs down my left arm. I've been in horrific pain for a month now, some nights getting little to no sleep. Don't ask me how I have not lost my marbles by now?! One day, I was so close to just giving up. Then I opened a box of One Piece cards I received. Out of the first couple packs, I kid you not, I pulled two different cards of Buggy! Yes, a silly as it sounds, a certain pirate clown helps to keep me going.

Introductions!
Hi, so how about some introductions? I am Pheonixxfoxx or Phe as my friends call me. It's nice to meet you! I'm a rather shy individual, suffer from mental illness and have spent the past 17+ years in a mentally abusive relationship. At the age of 43, I'm slowly regaining my freedom, rediscovering myself and once again enjoying the things I love as I work to start over! With this blog, I hope to share these things with others and maybe make a friend or two along the way. At the end of 2023, many tragic eye opening events happened in my life. I began watching the anime One Piece, which became a great source of inspiration and comfort. The theme of freedom, that thing I need most, obliviously speaks to me on so many levels. Out of a large cast of unique and wonderful characters, I ended up adoring Buggy the Genius Jester. He has become rather special to me for reasons I can't fully explain. As a result, I now have a rather interesting collection of him. A collection, that I hope to not only add more to, but share with you all! I also make art, which is my own personal therapy. I create mostly World of Warcraft themed 3D art in Blender, but I want to expand my horizons and learned to sculpt my own models. I've also been itching to start drawing again, after going years without doing so! Right now, I am having some serious pain issues in my left arm, so art is on hold temporarily.
Animals are an important part of my life too. I've been around them since before I was born. Be warned, I will probably spam pics of my "kids" from time to time.
Time For Christmas In July!! *woot*

It's here!!! *screams*
Really glad that this wondrous package came today! It has been an unpleasant one dealing with "R." This isn't the proper time or place to talk about what unfortunately happened, as I don't want to pollute my Buggy collection posts with real-life drama. Preferably, it is time to enjoy what typically makes me happy and has been keeping me sane!
The box from Japan will be opened real soon, probably right after this is posted! *is excited* Not sure if I will get around to posting the new goodies tonight? There is some new art I naturally need to work on as well.

Doesn't Get More Flashy Than Enamel Pins!
On Friday, I enthusiastically received a much needed new enamel pin board. Who knew, that there are so many glorious pins of a certain sexy clown? Wanted to naturally create a post about it yesterday, but my gaming friends kidnapped me for an all day Sea of Thieves session. Been a minute since I last did that, due to my arm pain. It was much fun and most needed. We sank many ships along the way without mercy! Total sinks in all were 3 Brigs and 4 Sloops. This one child, surprisingly was a rather foul mouthed individual!

I always enjoy meticulously arranging my treasured collections, especially enamel pins. I've naturally found creative ways to incorporate can badges and charms too!

Oh and that enamel pin of the Big Top (aka The Flashy Sails), was a precious gift from an amazing long-time friend. Like so, it was given a proper place of honor in the center. The pin itself, is made by "Hero Anthem."
Here are both pin boards beside each other. I purchased them off of Etsy, the awesome seller is "fromacat." They have all kinds of lovely colors and sizes to choose from. The first one was acquired back in January, has it actually been that long already?

The new pin board wasn't all that came Friday, I got some boxes of One Piece cards too!

Out of all these cards, not a single one of Buggy. Boo! Oh well, I really like the cards included with this set. The plan is to get more, when money permits. It gives me something to look forward to during the challenging difficulties I've been experiencing. Luckily, things have been getting better for me.

Some Flashy Cards! Oh, And A Adorable Sticker.
No Buggy goodies in today's mail. Boo! However, on Monday I joyfully received some new additions! I genuinely wanted to share these yesterday, but my ongoing pain issue can naturally make it hard. Today is not only a new day, but a splendid one for posting and sharing!

I want to start eagerly by saying how absolutely adorable and "purr-fect" the sticker by Nominno is! Just look at the shackle on the kitteh's little tail. Awwww! By all means, I'm absolutely a cat person! I sometimes wonder if my determined fate is to end up an old eccentric cat lady? Hum...

Now for some unique cards. We'll start with the stamp one, that has a sexy prismatic sheen to it! Though it looks like the obnoxious camera didn't capture very effectively. A new camera is on the wants list. If only I'd stop buying Buggy things so I could comfortably afford one, LOL!!

The final item for today is this stunning One Py Berry Match card that has undoubtedly had me drooling for a bit. Whelp, now I can physically drool on the card. Not that it would actually happen, or would it? You never know about me, LMAO!!
