I Am Not A Fan Of Rook Hunt, Usually. But This. This Has Tickled My Heart And I Love It.
I am not a fan of Rook Hunt, usually. But this. This has tickled my heart and I love it.
HI HI HI!!! I HAVE A VISION TO SHARE- (TWST CHAPTER 6 SPOILERS)

SO LIKE—!!! We know from TWST Halloween Endless Night, Rook had difficulty expressing emotions until he watched Neige perform on stage for the first time— Imagine if child! Rook was a complete 180° from the Rook we know now? He’d still have a fascination with beauty and everything, but he just expresses it differently? I can see him following anything and anyone beautiful wordlessly—
Imagine Rook casually following someone cause they piqued his interest, and that someone is confused AF why some “lost” kid is tailing them. …And then Rook’s parents have to pull him side and apologize to the person
Imagine Rook’s parents and siblings trying so hard to get Rook to emote— tickling him to make him laugh, feeding him his favourite foods to see if he’ll react to it any differently than other foods—
I can also see Rook being fairly put together as a child, but similar to Kalim, the moment he stepped into NRC, he dropped all his hair care routine and stopped putting on sunscreen. In fact— wouldn’t it be funny if child! Rook hated sunscreen? Maybe back then, the sunscreen they had just had a weird smell that bugged him.
Ngl— I can also kinda see Rook having some touch aversion as a kid— so maybe his parents put sunscreen on him less or brushed/styled his hair less, which may be the reason why Rook didn’t care for his appearance as much.
We know from Vil, Rook didn’t put on sunscreen during their first year of NRC, but I refuse to believe his parents wouldn’t make him put it on as a kid.
Lowkey— I kinda see Savannaclaw! Rook as his rebellious era jfjfjffj
Gahhhh there’s so much potential!!

Finally, someone gets it. Vil is good down to his core. The twst fandom fanfic writers tend to write him as mean, snobby and perfect. When he's actually thriving to be the best and number 1; he also pushes everyone around him to be the best version of themselves too.
I’m kinda sick of people mischarateisintg Vil?
look-I get it. Trying to killed Neige was BAD of him. You can’t justify killing an innocent person
but what I’m saying is that Vil’s trauma is invalidated constantly in the Twst fandom. Vil is practically the “gifted child.” He’s perfect. He’s smart. He constantly achieves. I’m sure a few of us can relate to that. But being the gifted child sucks. ‘Your constantly putting yourself on a pedastal to achieve the best, good grades, etc-and for Vil’s case, to finally be number one. And that’s quite frankly, unhealthy.
Vil constantly compares himself to Neige. He constantly looks for validation. He strives to be perfect so others can like him.
Vil has trauma. He’s been bullied since he was a child for being played as a villain. He overheard people saying that he was to perfect that nobody got him.
It honestly upsets me when people say that they least care about Vil’s Overblot. I get it-not many people relate to being a famous actor. But it’s not about that.
Vil’s Overblot was literally all about comparing himself to others, and finally realizing that he isn’t perfect.
This is funny and Kalim slander. He is naive sure but definitely not inattentive and dumb. Yet the idea is hilarious to think about

i… i had to
The cute thing about this is the fact that Hunter started his whole life without a proper family. His so called 'family' was his Uncle Belos. Just watching him get emotionally adopt by the older characters in the cast seems like a perfect ending to see him off.
Hunter : *having Clawthorne-Deamonne-Noceda-Wittebane (soon Park) for his last name*
Darius, about to marry Alador : do you want to add Blight for your surname collection?
Sebek Zigvolt never struck to me as a charming character. Maybe because there are not much content about him in canon and in fandom. But the idea of Sebek falling love gives me butterflies. It usually goes in two ways:
He is a big fat tsundere. Deny. Deny. Yet you can see how red his face is from blushing.
Or
He tries his absolute best to court to and commit to you. He asks advice from Lilia and Malleus. Sometimes the advice works, sometimes it doesn't. He be sooo blushy and cute.
My heart shattered at this scene. It's always potrayed in shows, media and even in real life that a mother has a sixth sense whether her child is hurt or in danger. This is just a great detail to add in an angst pool of mother/child relationship.

Not Camila realizing deep down that her daughter died. That after all of her grief over Manny, her fear of losing Luz right afterwards... It happened, after they seemingly rekindled their bond closer than ever.
