If it had been someone else, they would've found themselves fingerless with an broken elbow to top it off, snapped bone stabbing through skin in the most unnatural angle possible. Yet Cindy only sighed as she leaned into the careful touch and closed her eyes as the ultimate sign of trust.

The light caress following the jagged line permanently marring her face brought forth the memories of gaining it and strangely only pride swelled in her at the reminder.
