Recap, reattached the right arm, head was nearly unsalvageable but i reused the facial material

Face looking kind of uncanny, sorta botched remaking it

Added some meat to the face to get closer to the original design

Left overnight to dry, some significant cracks on the face and arms but structure appears uncompromised

Patched up those cracks, like 5th time trying to attach its right ankle hope it sticks but it’s been able to stand regardless
