I think that after a while of trying to manifest your desires, it's normal to sort of enter into a phase where manifestation & shifting don't sound magical anymore.

Even more, if you are plagued by doubts and fears, the mention of manifestion/shifting could even trigger anxiety.

Every time you feel like this, I want you to remember your dreams and those good feelings that you want to experience.

Manifesting what you want, doesn't mean to live in suffering until you finally get it, NO!! absolutely not!!

Dare to dream that everything will workout for you, that even if you don't see it right now, a good solution will appear to solve whatever problem you may be facing.

Never give up your dreams! You are meant to live your dreams, because they have came from your heart and soul. The second you started to desire something, that was the exact second that you became enough and you need to realize that you have everything in you, to make your dreams come true!!

It's ok to have bad days, it's okay to feel uncomfortable emotions. Don't fear them, process them, write them out, feel them. They will not hinder your process at all, quite the contrary, you will free yourself, cause you'll know that your emotions are what makes us alive, and are only meant to be felt.

I have so much love and respect for women who are honest about their own loneliness but also find the good in it like when audrey hepburn said “I have to be alone very often.
