• Giving birth to a baby that's so big, another person has to press on the belly as they push. Also works with a person who is exhausted from birth denial and needs help getting the baby out.

• When the baby drops very low and feels like it might fall out as they walk or stand.

•Having to hold the head back with their hand as they desperately try to find a safe place to give birth. This also goes well with the whole hostile situation thing.

• Being forced to work while heavily pregnant. Bonus if the work is hard and triggers labor.

• Water breaking late in birth immediately followed by overwhelming urges to push.

• Pushing when they can't or shouldn't push at all.

lately i’ve been a little fixated on giving birth with your group of friends there. maybe you’re hanging out and your water breaks suddenly; as they’re rushing you to the hospital, you give birth in the car. maybe you planned it all out—a home birth, plenty of snacks and movies during early labor, then total encouragement as they all crowd into the bathroom to cheer you on as you push in the tub. maybe you didn’t know you were pregnant at all until you went into labor as soon as you all hit the town, your agony confusing all of you (at least until one of your bolder and more clever friends puts the pieces together and sticks their fingers up inside of you to feel the rapidly descending head), and then through all the panic they have to help you deliver in public.

Can't help but imagine a huge fat knot inside of me while whatever creature keeps relentlessly rutting into me at full speed bruising my hips has he pounds me and I'm laying there limp with a belly swollen full of his litter. </3
