In response to this after reviewing the evidence.
It states that plurality is not always caused by trauma, however DID, OSDD and similar dissociative disorders are - which is a proven fact.
If endogenic systems happen to be a cause of a different disorder, unrelated, that is it's own conversation, however that would mean that endogenics have no place in DID, OSDD and similar dissociative disorder communities - still creating a separation as there is no trauma when it comes to endos.
There are numerous studies on the development of D.I.D (which is what we have) and OSDD (which we're not very familiar with), and all will connect it back to trauma, and the experience in childhood. The kind of trauma varies from person to person, as not everyone will handle an experience the same way, however it is confirmed that in order to have one of these such disorders, trauma is apart of the requirements. (There's no other way I could've phrased that, I'm sorry that it sounds weird.)
Endogenics having no trauma simply does not connect it in any way to a dissociative disorder like DID/OSDD, meaning if it is valid, it's it own thing entirely.
I'm curious about what science you think supports the anti-endo position. Have you seen these screenshots from Transgender Mental Health? A book reviewed and published by the American Psychiatric Association?

I don't compare being trans to having a disorder, but I will review it.
While being trans does come with gender dysphoria, which according to some is a mental "disorder" it is in no way connected to a disorder connected to childhood trauma.
Sidenote- thank you for being so civil honestly.

Knowing that someone isn't alone in their struggles is honestly something that can make a person see the world differently, it's good to know that people understand you.

we already know we’re going to get scenes of mike being a protective older brother but we also need scenes of holly bullying mike whilst will tries to stifle his laughs but most times can’t control his laughter and mike just rolls his eyes and can’t help but slightly smile at will’s laugh even if it’s from the own expense of having his ego crushed by his little sister in front of the boy he’s in love with
