Just some modern AU outfits for Ficheall’s three main characters! Green one belongs to @possum-quesadilla, gray one belongs to @spaghettisometimes, pinky is mine!

Some more characters from my comic! This was mostly an experiment with colors, some characters turned out good but others are.. bad. (I’m sorry Cherrypaw, it’s just too tedious to fix your colors right now)

The black and white cat with blue eyes at the center is Rainpaw! He’s the one of the main characters of arc 1, and is probably my favorite of the mcs. He was born mute, and communicates through pawspeak. He’s been having odd dreams and visions sent by starclan, but he is a bit too busy with being a new apprentice to really bring it up to anyone but his mentor.

To the left of Rainpaw is his tabby sister, Snailpaw! She often sticks by his side to help translate for cats who are more out of practice with pawspeak, and to intimidate anyone who tries to talk over him. She is a trans girl, and often has time sticking up for herself when it comes to her identity, but her brother will always do the best he can to return the kindness she shows him daily. Although she won’t really admit it, she is jealous of her brother’s relationship with his mentor. Her mentor is cold and strict, while Rainpaw’s is lenient and kind.

The silhouette at the top is Slugkit.

The black and white molly who seems very distraught is Specklesky, his mom! She is a very caring and kind mother, sometimes getting odd looks from her clan mates for how much she dotes on her kits. She is determined to make sure they have a fair shot in life, despite the drawbacks both of her living kits experience.

Rainpaw’s mentor is the grey cat with blue eyes above Specklesky, his name is Stormshine! He is a previous kitty pet, and was part of a messy prophecy that went down before Rainpaw was born. He is a bit dismissive of starclan’s messages most of the time, and honestly just wants his apprentice to enjoy his time as a kit before he is forced to act on his own prophecy. He sees Rainpaw as a son, and does his best to protect him and his family from his father.

The pissed tabby (the one who’s all red in the ‘emotions’ version) is Cedarstride. He is Specklesky’s mate, and father to Rainpaw, Snailpaw, Slugkit, and others. He does not treat his family well. Deep down, some part of him cares, but he shows it in strange and often cruel ways. It is rumored that he caused Slugkit’s death. He also fathered a litter of kits from a different clan.

The tabby in the top right is Cherrypaw. He is Rainpaw’s half-brother, and the two don’t know of each other until the start of the story. He is a very odd cat, with a strange charismatic way of speaking, often switching between sweet-talking and cold hostility. Deep down, he wants approval and love.

The wide-eyed cat in the top left is Owl.

The grey cat in the bottom right is Smokepaw, a Tom from Shadowclan that Rainpaw fell head-over-heels for. The affections are returned. I will tell more about him later!

Now, for the emotions! This is supposed to represent what each cat feels towards Rainpaw. Pink represents love, blue is sorrow, yellow is either friendship or anxiety depending on the tone, green represents jealousy or deception, red is anger.

Rainpaw has sunflowers, for ‘false fortune’, since his happy exterior is often false.

Snailpaw has yellow hyacinth, for jealousy.

Slugkit has forget-me-nots.

Specklesky has day lilies, for motherly love.

Stormshine has chamomile for patience.

Cedarstride has peonies, for anger.

Cherrypaw has yellow carnations for rejection/disappointment.

Owl has snapdragons (and muted yellow tones) for deception.

Smokepaw has red Camillas, for love towards a significant other.
