Does she come across that bad with this? Is it perfectly in character? What WOULD be everyone's thoughts (generally and individually) to her saying that?

It would across insane to them especially the older kids. It does sound in character cause Rhaenyra never likes admitting when she’s in the wrong. For the older kids (Aegon to Joffrey) they would just think she’s completely mad. The younger kids are (Egg to Visenya + the twins) are just scared of her. Alicent, Lenora, and Dyanna are just thinking she’s gone off the deep end.
