Team Taka doesn’t get enough appreciation. 

“I’ll never be like Itachi”, Sasuke swore as he pulled his Akatsuki cloak over his shoulders and glanced over at his shark-man. 

I was re-reading Sasuke’s gag manga and I will never get over the image of Sasuke/Team Taka texting Orochimaru for parental permission to go to an anime convention. The fact that Orochimaru agreed but told him not to camp outside only made it better lmao. I love this series so much.

As far as family relations go:

-Madara and Izuna are brothers.

-Hashirama and Tobirama are brothers.

-Izuna is Itachi and Shisui’s proud grandfather via Mikoto; he’s insanely defensive when anyone accuses him of favoritism. 

-Madara is Itachi and Shisui’s low-key scary granduncle. They try to be all but saints in front of him because Madara expects the best from his grand nephews since he knows how much they’re capable of. 

-Itachi and Shisui are cousins-but-might-as-well-be-brothers. They live off-campus together with high school Sasuke.

-Kisame and Zabuza are cousins whose mothers were sisters. They grew up  around each other as a result, though their relationship is less brotherly and more best-friend like.

-Haku is Zabuza’s adoptive younger brother. Haku was Zabuza’s father’s ex-wife’s brother-in-law’s orphaned child. Zabuza’s father took him in when he was young, which eventually ended in the younger boy attaching himself to Zabuza.

-Nagato’s parents adopted Yahiko and Konan as teens.

Naruto (Mostly Akatsuki) college AU outline that’s been in my drafts forever and I will eventually finish writing. Not everyone is included because some of them either went straight to the work force or weren’t pertinent enough to the story I’m writing for me to add them. They may be added later, these are just the main people. 

General Staff

Hashirama- The overly kind principal who tries to be friends with all the students and make sure everyone is getting along.

Madara- The strict and seems-mean vice principal who really just wants the best for the students in the long run.

Kakuzu- Detention and disciplinary supervisor who straight up ignores the students unless their being particularly obnoxious.

Teachers

Tobirama- Science teacher that half the students hate and half of them absolutely adore. Is always serious as hell but does a lot of out-of-the-box lessons that require a lot of effort but are just mentally-stimulating enough to be almost fun.

Izuna- Underfunded teacher of the arts. The school only has one class for art and it pisses him off so he shoves as many different forms of it as he can into his class even though he’s technically supposed to be a drama teacher. His excuse is that by practicing the other forms of art they’re learning self-expression which can aid in their acting. Most students love him, though there are some who got stuck in his class despite their wishes and are absolutely drained by it. 

Sakumo- Social sciences teacher. The overly encouraging teacher that’s so nice it’s hard to hate him despite the amount of uncomfortable situations he puts his students in. (Having them take survey’s of other people on-campus and arrange the data, having them participate in non-profits for extra credit, having tons of group projects, etc.)

Touka- Language teacher. Absolutely brutal with her grading. Red pen, red pen, red pen. Gives plenty of time to work on essays but expects the best in return. Always returns them in a reasonable time.

Seniors

Nagato- Is studying social sciences with a specific interest in philosophy.

Konan- Is studying language with a specific interest in writing.

Yahiko- Is studying political sciences with a specific interest in public administration.  

Juniors

Sasori- Is studying fine arts with a specific interest in sculptures.

Kisame- Is studying zoology with a specific interest in marine life.

Zabuza- Is studying political sciences with a specific interest in government.

Sophomores

Haku- Is studying social sciences with a specific interest in sociology. 

Shisui- Is studying social sciences with a specific interest in child and family services.

Freshmen

Hidan- Is studying theology, though he doesn’t take it very seriously.

Deidara- Is studying arts with specific interest in sculptures. 

Itachi- Is studying social sciences with a specific interest in philosophy.

Orochimaru’s snakes when they’re summoned: Where are the sacrifices? Well? Istg I’ll eat you instead. Bastard.

Sasuke’s snakes when they’re summoned: Yes? Lord Sasuke? May I be of service to you today? Oh no, you needn’t bother yourself with sacrifices. It is an honor to be of service. 

Like, can you imagine Orochimaru seeing Sasuke get the royal treatment from the snakes while he himself is getting threatened every other summon? Lmao.

Can you imagine Sasuke going home and just sitting on his bed after the shit-show in episode 3-4 1/2?

He wakes up to learn who his genin team will be. 

He goes to class, minds his business, and dealings with the presumably usual “I want to sit by Sasuke-kun!”.

He somehow locks lips with a classmate who gets in his face.

He finally learns who’s on his team. It’s his stalker and the one who got in his face and accidentally kissed him. Sakura and Naruto.

Then he gets called either a ‘slug’ or a ‘slut’ (Naruto says slug but I always hear slut so y’know).

They’re released for lunch. He goes to enjoy some onigiri, but instead ends up being grabbed and tied up by the class clown.

He unties himself. Whatever, a dumb prank. Only to walk off and have the other teammate say some insensitive ramblings about orphans. To him. An orphan.

The day goes on. He continues walking, only to have Naruto threaten him some more. (Though that ends with Naruto in the bathroom ofc)

He goes to his classroom to wait on their Jonin. He watches everyone file out while they’re stuck waiting. 

Probably has to listen to Naruto ramble and complain.

His classmate sets up a dumb prank. It works, seemingly annoying their new Sensei.

Gets told his first impression is that of an idiot (Or smh) by his sensei. 

Gets told he might have to go back to the academy, depending on how they do on a test tomorrow.

A test that they shouldn’t eat for or they might puke due to the intensity.

I can just see Sasuke sitting on his bed after that long-ass day like what the f u c k
