When I have “nothing to eat” at home my strategy is throw a bunch of complimentary spices, garlic, and butter in a pan, and just add shit (boil, sautee, or fry). Maybe top with powdered parmesean. Pasta, rice, chicken, frozen vegetables, potatoes, ramen, they all allow for this combo and I feel so blessed.
