Headcanon that Batburger was sued when they added the Red Robin Meal to their menu.

In court it lead to the arguement that it was clearly not a violation of trademark since it was obviously named after the Gotham Vigilante, whose name was registered on several team roasters.

This leads to a massive lawsuit against Red Robin and any teams he’s on. Except it’s almost impossible to serve him papers.

Tim doesn’t find out until he’s dropping off Two Face at Arkham- where he’s served papers while waiting to get Harvey re-admitted.

He ends up taking Harvey’s legal advice. He wins the suit (After Two Face breaks out, specifically to represent him. The Red Robin Lawyers argue against this, but the judge simply says “what did you expect when you sued a vigilante?”), and when news gets out he changed his name to Drake a year later, Harvey breaks out just to threaten him if he doesn’t change it back.

Line of Balance by Im_The_Doctor (Bofur1) — summary: Papyrus always has a firm grasp on his emotions. He has to keep his smile on and set an example—which is why it's a little counterproductive that he's standing here now, crying over his pot of spaghetti. (Short but makes me feel so emotion :’))

Irredeemable by ReaderRose — summary: "He was going to wear a fedora and be kind of creepy, with no obvious redeeming qualities." Papyrus was just too great to have friends. Too cool. Too smart. That had to be it. It had to be. (Proto!Papyrus!! This is! So sad! Read it!!)

One night, it seems Sans hopes are coming true as his missing brother ends up at his doorstep. However, something definitely happened in the six years Papyrus was gone, something that changed him. And where did he get that LV from? (right now it's unfinished and ends on a cliffhanger, but the author is still working on it! papyrus centric but from mostly sans's pov. I don't usually like sans pov but this is REALLY GOOD)

Overdoing It by Gummysaur — summary: Everyone knows Papyrus is a kind person; he always has been, even as a child. However, he wasn't quite as strong and well-trained back then. Not a good combo when you get lost in the Snowdin Woods with all sorts of monsters-most not nearly as merciful as him. (kid papyrus story!! this is so angsty but so sweet AUguagui)

A Lasting Tribute by in_the_aroace_brigade — summary: “Papyrus? PAP? Don’t fall asleep, you’ve had a bad head wound but you are going to be alright.” Papyrus blinked his eyes and stared at her. “OF COURSE I WILL BE ALRIGHT, I AM THE GREAT PAPYRUS AFTER ALL. Heart on The Table by Floofanflur — summary: Papyrus had been calling to check on the human. It’d been a while since anyone had heard from them. But when a conversation revealed just how young they were, Papyrus realized things had to change. They were all on their own down here. Well, if there was no one to take care of the babybones, he would just have to do it himself! Sans was just trying to get through life, to ignore the apathy that had settled over him for Papyrus’s sake. It was just so hard to care about anything when you knew none of it mattered. But when Papyrus had him bring the anomaly home like a lost puppy, things stopped adding up. How could such a sweet kid be responsible for the relentless time loops? Frisk was used to being on their own. They were normally pretty great at taking care of themself. But they were so tired of dying over and over again. They just wanted to get back to the surface! With Undyne in the way, Frisk felt hopeless. When a phone call from Papyrus somehow ended with an offer for them to crash at the skeleton brothers’ house, Frisk was just relieved for the break. They could afford to rest for a while, couldn’t they?
