I went to the gym today

I was a total  spass: I tried to log in using the credit card machine, I forgot a towel so I had to wipe my sweat off in my jersey and I forgot to do a warm up round before lifting my first weights; But I did it! It's been over 4 months since I last went! - so of course I'm pretty much back at the beginning, and I might have overworked myself a bit; but I did it!
