Impulsive decisions for the win! I now have a test muse! Like this for a plotted starter from Hawks. I’d like to plot out dynamics and such before deciding if he’s a character that I want to add to my blog! And also make sure that people enjoy my interpretation enough, as I know there are plenty of great Hawks blogs out there!

“ yeah, yeah. “ he brushes bakugou’s words off as though he’s completely unworried, though he certainly plans on being as careful as possible. it’s not that he thinks bakugou would actually kill him, or even that he doesn’t want to deal with being yelled at (which he doesn’t). he’s just surprised that bakugou is letting him paint his nails in the first place, so he doesn’t want to fuck this up.
“ alright, let’s see your hand then. ” he shakes the small bottle in his hand, before opening it and gently removing excess nail polish from the brush. “ and i’m telling you dude, you could pull off sparkles. ”

“ you get any of this shit on my hands, and i’ll kill you, pikachu. ” IT’S A SIMPLE YET FAMILIAR THREAT — it’s one of bakugo’s calmer days ( they somehow exist, surprisingly ), considering it’s lacking his usual aggressive enthusiasm. that, and — well, he’s actually agreed to letting kaminari paint his nails, of all things.

HIS REPONSE IS A SLIGHT GRUNT — he doesn’t really care that the other’s simply treating his threat like it’s nothing, but that does mean it’s not his fault when his temper eventually erupts to make his point clear. it’s surprising to see he’s actually listening, moving to offer out his hand to the other.
THOUGH IT’S QUICKLY BEING RETRACTED, the mention of sparkles making ruby gaze narrow slightly. absolutely fucking not. “ — and i’m tellin’ you that yer gonna pull off a hell of a broken nose if ya think about puttin’ that shit on me. ”
“ okayy, fine. i was just saying. ” he could go on and say that sparkles always looked better and if it was him of all people, no one would really dare to make fun of him, but he didn’t want to rile his friend up too much, if he wanted to continue anyway. so denki held up the bottle of nail polish to show bakugou. “ no sparkles. see? plain black. ”
he reached across to take bakugou’s hesitantly offered hand, and twisted it gently so he could get a good angle on his thumb. “ and relax a little, it’ll look good. ” he carefully brought the brush down, starting in the middle and slowly spreading out so he could get an even coat along the entire nail. he was silent for that moment, in his concentration, before blowing gently and pulling back. “ do you really think i could pull off a broken nose? ”
