“ Oh, no worries! ” Denki gave a smile and thumbs up as Momo straightened back up on the couch. As if he would mind that a beautiful girl had fallen asleep touching him? This was probably the longest he’d been still in a while, not wanting to wake her. Mineta would be so pissed when he told him, though then again maybe he didn’t want to have to listen to his smaller classmate lamenting about him not taking more advantage of the situation.
“Just thought I’d wake you up cause it’s almost dinner time. You did make a lot of stuff during training today. ”

Denki generally regarded homework as a problem for ‘future him’, but eventually that no longer worked. Such as now, the night before math homework was due. He had tried, or at least he’d looked at the paper for 10 whole minutes, but he just couldn’t figure it out. So now he was knocking on Bakugo’s door, easily the best student in their group. If he was busy, Denki supposed he could ask Sero or Jirou.
“Dude, have you finished the math homework?? I need help.” He called through the door, voice taking on a whining quality. He was now wishing he’d done it last night instead of playing video games. “I’ll charge your stuff for a week!”

Katsuki mourns the days where some idiot or another banging on his door was still surprising. How had he gotten stuck in the middle of a group of dumbasses who wouldn’t leave him alone? He has better things to do than deal with problems they brought on themselves!
He huffs and yanks open his door, levelling a glare at a very distressed looking Kaminari. “I finished the homework days ago, cause I’m not a damn idiot who leaves it all to the last minute! What the hell’s your excuse this time?” He knows there isn’t a justifiable one. “You really think you can come over here and bribe me with shit I don’t need so I’ll spend all night forcing math lessons into your thick skull?”
The grumpy tone doesn’t do much to deter Denki, he’s well used to that when it comes to Bakugou. He doesn’t really start getting nervous until sparks or small explosions start flying. But still, he does pout at his friend, it’s not his fault that he can’t focus. Or at least it’s sometimes not his fault.
“Come on, man! You’re way better at math than I am..” Denki didn’t really want to give Bakugou his excuse for not having done it yet, because it definitely wasn’t a good one. He’d looked at it the day after they’d gotten it, but it had looked like gibberish and that had immediately killed his motivation. “Well... I played video games yesterday.. because I figured I would focus today because I’d have to.. Please Bakugou, what do you want to be bribed with??”

“owwww!” denki sat up with a pout, grumpily rubbing at his head. it wasn’t like he could blame ashido for his failure to avoid her judo flip again... but he could direct that pout up at her anyway. “you really try to take all the fun out of scaring you, you know?”

she was apologizing once again - she’s sure this is the THIRD TIME that week that he had attempted to avoid the judo flip . she should be use to him trying to scare her , really she should - she should know by now it was just him.
and yet , everytime. she flipped him and they ended in this exact situation.

“ you say that like this doesn’t hurt right now. ” he knew what she meant of course, and maybe one of these times he would get more than a bonk to the head. it’s not like he wanted her to stop her reaction to it, some day it might not be him grabbing her shoulder from behind. he just needed to be a bit faster.

My muse has been reverted to a child. Send "What did you do?" For my muse to still have their adult memories, or send "You can trust me, I'll help you" for my muse to having lost their adult memories.
“This isn’t my fault! It was someone’s quirk!” Kaminari pouted and crossed his arms because he could hear the ill hidden amusement in Ruby’s voice. Though it occurred to him that with his current 6 year old form, the pout probably wouldn’t help things. “Some guy stole a woman’s purse at the mall, and I tried to chase him, but then he did this and got away..” His hands crackled with electricity at his frustration. It was weird, because Kaminari knew how to control his quirk much better now than he had when he was 6, but it’s like his now tiny body couldn’t handle the quirk as well as his older one could.
“And Re-recovery Girl can’t heal me because I’m not really hurt.. We just don’t know how long it’ll last with the guy in the wind.” He couldn’t believe that he had to deal with his issues with the letter ‘R’ again, his small lips struggling with the letter. This was so embarrassing.

LOVE + FEAR starters
“Sure is.” Kaminari sometimes wondered what life was like before all of the quirks, and most of the times he comes to the conclusion that it would just be boring. But occasionally it does seem like it would be easier. “What’s got you all introspective, hmm?” He asks, poking Jirou’s side. It was a fair statement of course, life was strange, especially for them. But he didn’t want to leave it at that if she was feeling sad for some reason. If he was good for anything, it was often cheering people up.
denki leaned forward to look into the box. he hadn’t expected todoroki of all people to have a ouija board, but he grins in excitement all the same. “ ooh, i’ve always wanted to try one of these! i know how they work though, i can help! “
in his hands , there’s a ouija board in a box . ❛ i heard people do this around halloween time … & i want to try it myself . ❜ todoroki that is a very bad idea .

“ no, it doesn’t. but i think it’s easier to summon spirits from the vicinity the board is in. “ they were quickly reaching the end of what he actually knew about ouija boards, but he’d heard enough to at least sound like he knew what he was talking about. “ something about opening a doorway between planes. so it’s more of a key than a board. “ despite what denki was saying, he brushed the danger aside with a wave of his hand. it was a children’s toy after all, spooky or not. “ where should we do this?? we need the right atmosphere. “

He just wished sometimes that people could give him the benefit of the doubt. Or at least wait a minute or two before assuming his ignorance. Of course, Jirou had seen him in action enough that maybe it was fair for her to assume the worst. “ But.. out of curiosity, who would you say is the expert here? “Shinsou! Thank God! No one else is answering!” His phone was broken, but he could still get a call out with his earpiece. Still, it seemed that he was either working through interference or no one was bothering to answer their phones. Most likely the former considering the situation. “Villains are breaking into the school again! And I swear I’m not joking around.” It was an unnecessary reassurance given the urgency injected into his out of breath tone, and the fact that he’d never joked about villains in any of his pranks. It figured though that this would happen the one time he’d gone off campus alone, he’d come back to see someone seemingly attempting to hack into the gate to get in. He had fried the mechanism to prevent their entrance, only then to realize that all their attention now fell on him. Denki had been running ever since.
“I’m headed towards Ground Beta, but I need some help like now.”

“ these things follow you? why? they don’t like touch you, do they? “ great, he seemed to be the only one who was scared, that was embarrassing. but still, he sidled a little closer to her.
“Oh! Thanks.” It wasn’t that Denki thought his sister wouldn’t want to watch him in the sports festival, he just assumed she’d be busy with hero work and miss at least some of it. But it also wasn’t like he’d done that well once he got into the one on one matches, and on top of that he’d gone and fried himself in front of everyone.
He was proud that he’d made it to the individual matches and for the work he’d done in the cavalry battle, but other than that there was a lot to criticize.
“Hey!” Yup, there it was. He struggled to pull out of his sisters hold, scowling and poking at her with a lightly electrified finger. “How was I supposed to know her hair could leave her body like that?? I just wanted to end things quickly!”

There was a sense of pride of course. Uta has always been very proud of her family name and her brother. She was working of course but she had her eyes on him whenever she could and she was genuinely impressed on how far he has come from just this spunky little kid to someone in the hero course.
A hint of concern did linger in the back of her head however-… she wouldn’t tell him nor anyone about how she felt during the USJ attack..and how she was told he was there.
“However-” Grabbing her younger brother, she began to rub at his head to create static “GOING AFTER THAT GIRL? Has my hours of playing Pokemon as a kid never taught you anything? You came out there waaaaay to confident kiddo”

“ yeah, they sometimes do touch me but it ain’t that bad,” reaching out, she holds his hand. “ if we just ignore ‘em, they disappear eventually. just stay calm ‘n you’ll be good. ”
“ as long as they don’t hurt you i guess.. “ still, he didn’t like the idea of the ghosts following and touching her. he intertwines his fingers with hers, trying to resist the urge to look back at them. “ does this happen often to you? “
“I don’t know! It’s not like you were my first call, I know you’re far away!” Denki sighed in frustration as he entered the training ground and hid within the buildings. This should buy him some time to finish his conversation, but he’d likely have to figure out a plan and face the villains before a student got involved.
“Maybe you could see if you could get ahold of someone closer for me since I’m not having great luck?” And now that Shinso mentioned it, UA probably had fortified their security systems. Maybe he hadn’t needed to fry the gate after all... Oops. “Well it would be different since I called you here! But you’re not close enough anyway... I could probably take the down, I just don’t want to short circuit and mess up the arrests after. You’re smart, do you have any ideas?? I’m at Ground Beta.”

Shinso HAD been sleeping but that was rudely interrupted when denki decided to call him out of nowhere. This is honestly his fault for keeping communications with heroes to be shit like this was bound to happen eventually. As he made his way to his computer to see if any of the large orgz are attacking u.a. at like I dont know? midnightish?
Lilac eyes looking at the bright screen. ‘well its not tomura doing the attacking..so probably a smaller villain group.’ he thinks to himself.
He lets out a low sigh before finally responding back. “What exactly do you want me to do denki? Teleport from eshu to u.a. with my very magical teleporting quirk that I suddenly developed? I thought u.a. would have upgraded security measures after that whole usj incident. Even if i could get to u.a. Your asking someone who doesnt go there anymore to break into u.a. to then run over and help you? “

And just like that, Kaminari realizes he maybe didn’t think this through. She hadn’t thrown him far enough to reach space, so now he did have to worry about landing, and unlike Kirishima, he didn’t have a quirk to protect him from that.
